Increase the bass of my new subwoofer 3 

The app has limited functionality on my phone, I can access tv, music library and radio stations, but when I try to log in to change the priority from tv to Beam to play music for an extended period, ie for more than 2 songs, it switches back to tv, cutting the music off.I click log in on my phone but it just sits there doing nothing, I can’t get past the log in screen. It worked fine on my previous phone, but hasn’t logged in once on my present one. I can’t even log in to update the app, which I had no problems doing on my pc.Can someone help please?

I have a Sonos beam and a Samsung Smart TV that’s a few years old. I spent probably ten hours and came minutes away from buying a new TV before I resolved this issue but I fixed it. Issue was that the HDMI ARC port said it was not recognised and TV would default to TV Speakers. Would work sometimes then not. I FINALLY looked into the cable box I was using (in my case Telus TV) and there is a common issue with the HDMI ARC when you have a cable box and other devices connected to the same TV and the sound bar is on HDMI ARC. There is a CEC prong in the HDMI cable to the cable box (or perhaps game console, whatever)  (I forget which pin but google it) that causes ALL these issues. You can either 1) try and remove or block this pin or 2) what I did is I bought a $20 CEC Less HDMI adapter and connected it between my cable box and regular HDMI port. Boom problem solved. I know this subject has been posted before, I’ve gone through and read many posts about it already, which is frustrating cause so many users agree and have already voiced their own frustrations. Yet after so many updates to the app it’s honestly bewildering why the Sonos team has not provided an easier way to access the Sub speaker controls on the homepage or control panel.  Every audio system I’ve ever had dating back 30 years has always had a separate button to turn on and off the subwoofer and it’s usually right on the head unit and not buried through a menu of options. And it’s not as if the function doesn’t exist in the app, there just needs to be a shortcut that doesn’t take 6+ clicks to get to.  And on a sidenote, I’m not sure why you didn’t think of this already but shouldn’t ‘night sound’ in the control panel turn off the subwoofer? The whole point is to make it less loud at night time and doesn’t it seem like it woul

Hi, at the end of my tether with Sonos!  Went to open my Sonos app on my laptop earlier, but it started by asking me to connect, despite working fine yesterday and it won’t connect… However, works fine on my iPhone app… any ideas people?

Excuse my ignorance as I’m a complete newbie to Sonos!! I have recently purchased the following components for my living room system:Arc Ultra 2 x Era 300 Sub 4I currently have the Arc Ultra in the centre, with both Era 300s beside it as my living room isn’t really set up to have rear speakers (photo below for reference).When setting up in the Sonos app, it doesn’t seem to let me add the Era 300s to the same “room” as the Arc Ultra unless I add the Era 300s as surround speakers. I currently have the Arc Ultra in “Living Room”, and the Era 300s (as a stereo pair) with the Sub 4 in “Living Room 2”.This is proving problematic because as a default, when I use my TV remote to adjust the volume it only controls the Arc Ultra, and I then have to use the app to adjust the volume of the Era 300s.What is the best way to set up my system? Hello, I have four Era 100 speakers set up in my apartment. I have them all grouped in the Sonos app and use Spotify to play music on them (from my phone and desktop computer).There is some weird issue popping up occasionally, though. When trying to play a song, sometimes only a few or a single speaker starts playing. Sometimes none of them plays. Sometimes they all start playing, then suddenly stops for a few seconds and then jump to the next song.I've tried to switch channels on my router. I've also given each speaker a static IP on my network. I've checked the network diagnostic when the issues occur, but can't see any signs of any degraded connectivity through my routers app.I'm at a loss here. Anyone got some suggestions?One thing worth noting is that if I reset everything and set it up from scratch, then everything works flawlessly for a few days. I have an Arc Ultra 2, 2 ERA300s and the new Sub4. i have the arc connected to my TV (Arc port) I connected the Sub and the ERA300s to my Arc as surround/sub.The sub drops out every 20-30 seconds, and the era 300’s randomly disconnect.  Sometimes one, sometimes the other, sometimes both, sometimes the surrounds and the sub all together. The only consistent product is the Arc Ultra 2. It’s not a duplicate IP issue (This response is ludicrous)I don’t get drops in streaming services in any other device on my network. My network works very well.   I see so many posts about this issue and no one seems to have resolved it. This is extremely frustrating.

Hi, I've been searching the internet the last couple days and haven't found a great answer to my issue. I currently have several Sonos speakers throughout my house, as well as an outdoor system that is running 3rd party speakers (Klipsch) through two Sonos amps (Connect and ZP100, via the Sonos 1 app). The Connect sits inside my house and is wired to 2 Klipsch speakers on the house wall. The ZP100 sits about 60 feet behind the house in the pool equipment shed (concrete block), and is connected to 2 KIipsch speakers along the backyard wall. I have it in a waterproof box to protect it. The ZP100 is plugged in to the pool shed power. I realize this is VERY old technology but I had a limited budget!The issue I am having is that the wifi signal in the pool shed is weak, so the ZP100/back wall speakers cut out intermittently. I am trying to figure out the best way to boost that signal. I can't really run an ethernet cable out there without tearing up some hardscape, so that solutio

Spent a few unfruitful hours with the nice people at tech support.  Any idea why a system would suddenly not be able to connect?  Speakers show up in app.  App says internet connection lost, try again later, connection timed out etc.I’ve tried wired connection to router.

Hello,I have an L9 C9 tv connected via eARC HDMI to a Sonos Beam, which is paired with two Play:3s.The sound keeps cutting out randomly for several seconds. I’ve disconnected the tv and Beam from power for several minutes, removed all other HDMI cables, tried different HDMI cables (all are 2.1), changed settings on the TV and connected devices (PS5, FireStick, and Virgin Media 360). Please help! Hello everyone,I have this problem. I have an Arc, Sub 3 and 2 Era 300. sometimes it happens that when I turn off the TV in the evening, in the morning on both the ARC and Era 300 the green gray light is on and the system is on mute. This happens irregularly, so I don't know what the cause is. Sonos Arc is connected to the TV via HDMI, in addition, I have a TV set-top box, Apple TV and a Blu-ray player connected via HDMI. Hi, my playbar is connected to the TV via an audio cable & Ethernet to the router. When I stream my music to all speakers the playbar cuts in and out throughout. Around 30 second between and then off for 5 seconds. (TV on standby) If I unplug the TV audio cable then it works fine. Is there anything I can do to cure this without having to keep removing the audio cable from the back of the TV every time I stream my music? 

My speakers hooked up to TV via Port mysteriously turn on…. I’m sleeping or away and find the last TV station playing even though TV is off

I use Deezer but I am not in the country where my deezer subscription is purchased. In the deezer app I can change the region to UK and get top tracks, top artists etc for the UK. However the Sonos app gives me top tracks etc from the deezer subscription home (not UK) and there is no way to change the region in Sonos app. My Sonos profiles are set to UK but this makes no difference. Any way to fix the region in Sonos app so I get local playlists. Jezzzz

I have been using SONOS since they started.  Had a 10TB NAS filled with music.   Electrical storm knocked out my NAS, so I got a new one, and populated it with a back up fo my library.  I now point the music library to a static IP address, it performs the scheduled update, but it always stalls with a message that there is NOT enough room for the update.   Do I reinitialize my entire system and try to mount the new NAS again, and if so, how do I do that?

The latest Sonos app for iPhone and iPad. Version 80.18.25. There are still a number of UI communication errors.Instead of descriptions, various placeholders or codes are shown. This only occurs when the iOS/iPadOS system language is set to Polish. When switching the language to English, these errors disappear. Messages are displayed correctly. Attached are examples of the errors.The issues also occur during speaker setup and any changes to the Sonos system settings.    

I created a folder on my Crucial X9 Pro hard drive with my music.  I shared the folder.  I tried to add //hostname/volumes/Crucial X9 Pro/My Music.  hostname obviously is not the name of :-).  Sonos says that the path name is no longer available.  There wasn’t any additional information to help me understand what I have wrong.   I do have file sharing on.  Read Only for everyone.  

Here's the scenario: I select a Spotify playlist, it will be added to the Sonos queue immediately. Then I select several other Spotify playlist and add them to the queue. After some time I switch to listening tot the radio and then want to switch to the queue again. If I understand correctly, I have to select a Spotify playlist again before being able to access the queue. But then this playlist is (again) added tot the queue. I don't want that. Am I doing something wrong?In the old app it was really easy to do this.

Hi,I've got a question about my Sonos Arc Ultra. I've noticed that when I turn off my TV at 11:00 pm, for example, my Arc Ultra is warm in the marked area in the morning. Is this normal? I ask because I understand that when I use my soundbar, it can be warm too. But when my TV is off and I don't play any music, should it stay cool? Thanks in advance for your help.   

The position in the playing queue is no longer being maintained if I temporarily do anything else within the app (search, browse, etc.). When I return I see the first song in the queue, not the song I am currently hearing. This is very annoying, especially if there are several hundred songs in the queue.  I’ve been using SONOS for years, and I do not think this was ever a problem before. 

This issue has re-appeared after being resolved for quite some time.  That is, it was bad, then it got better for many months, and now it is back.  Perhaps something in the new updates?   

I’ve gone through all the conversations already. One member mentioned replacing this part with a new one, but the rest are just asking if anyone can help find the part. The part in question is an enhanced P-Channel MOSFET, "M054". I’m aware that some boards have the "G64", which corresponds to the DMP3050LVT, but that’s not what I’m looking for. I’m trying to find someone who has actually replaced this component. If there’s any information from the SONOS tech department, I would really appreciate it.It’s unbelievable how cheap electrolytics caused this issue. The only capacitor that didn’t have ESR and was within its nominal capacitance was a Nichicon, which is quite ironic. As for the JACKCON capacitors, well… let’s just say, not the best choice—unless the developer intentionally programmed it that way, perhaps to push obsolescence under the radar.
