Headphones and the Arc Ultra sound bar?

Is it true that using your headphones with the arc ultrasound bar you cannot simultaneously listen through the sound bar?

That is correct unfortunately, the soundbar/surrounds/sub(s) are silenced during a TV Audio Swap session with Ace.
