How do you hook your sonos beam bluetooth two a samsung s24  

I just updated to the latest app (80.18.27) and I’m no longer able to set a sleep timer when listening to content from Audible. The … button in the bottom right of the player screen is no longer showing. Listening to local library content, or other services (tested with BBC Sounds and Sonos Radio) the … button is shown on the player screen and it is possible to set a sleep timer.  

Why can’t we swap using a button on the headphones? It is an inconvenience to go find my phone, scroll to the Sonos app, wait for it to open and load, select the headphones, then push the swap button. Ridiculous. This is all not to mention that it is absurd that they created these and you can’t listen to them at the same time the Arc is playing. They should integrate into the Sonos WiFi Network and sync audio like any other Sonos device. We don’t need just another Bluetooth headphone device that looks like AirPod Max

Just started with Sonos - took me hours to realise that Bluetooth stops on the ERA100’s when wifi was used to set up the surround sound system.  Surround sound is my main use of the system and I’m very happy with that, but on occasions would like to play music held on my android phone - so far my hours have fiddling & resetting have only given me one or the other.  Are there any simply ways to switch between surround sound from TV to music from the phone?

I play a continuous three-hour white noise track in my bedroom 24/7 (well, ideally). The track is by itself, no playlists, and the repeat is set to single track. After it repeats a couple of times, Sonos changes the track to anything else in my Spotify account (which is usually tech house and as you can see is pretty much the opposite of what I want to listen while sleeping).I have reseted all my Sonos devices, the router, the network in general, and nothing. I have even disconnected my Spotify account and nothing. I have tried playing the track directly from Sonos and directly from Spotify. Same thing. Oh, and I pay for Spotify.Has anybody experienced this? Or maybe somebody can suggest something? Anything…? I keep waking up at 4ish am with techno music thumping my walls. Thanks!

Hi allOur current set up for our Living room TV where the family watches anything from daily news to movie nights uses the following Sonos products: Playbar + Sub (Gen 2) + Amp (wired to 2 in-ceiling rear speakers)     The products are obviously from a while back and wondered when choosing from the “Ultimate Immersive Set with Arc Ultra”would upgrading to the Ultimate Immersive Set with Arc Ultra be a significantly recognised difference (e.g. kids movie nights); or would a single item provide a big enough improvement i.e. Arc Ultra OR Sub 4 OR Era 300 (pair);  any other thoughts / adviceThe only reason I am considering an upgrade is because we have a Play5 Gen1 in our system which is not compatible with the Sonos S2 app and we can get a discount if we upgrade.  Saying that the discount does not expire so there is no rush.  Thank you in advance for any thoughts / advice :) 

Hi,  i have a setup with an Sonos amp as front speakers, two ERA100 as rears and a sub mini as subwoofer.I want to config the sound to fit best for my specific room. If I understand it right it have to use true play to get the nearly best result. But as soon as I assign the ERAs and the sub to the amp in one room as a surround set the button for true play disappears.  Could you guys give me any advice how to fix this?

My wife likes to watch TV at a much lower volume than I do. Due to my hearing loss, I bought the Sonos Ace headphones so that I can watch TV at a higher volume with her while using the Sonos Arc Ultra.  Before purchasing Ace headphones, I asked my dealer this specific question.  The tech responded positively saying that both the Ace and the Arc Ultra can simultaneously play the TV sound.  After installing the Ace headphones, my dealer verified that Ace & Ultra Arc will not play sound at the same time.  This is the main reason I bought the Sonos Ace headphones.I also bought a Move 2 wireless speaker. The Move 2 has the ability to play simultaneously with any sound group (Port, Ultra Arc etc.).  It would seem that the same simultaneous capability of the Move 2 could be applied to Ace Headphones as well.Looking forward to a quick feature update from Sonos on this issue so I can begin using my Ace Headphones as intended.Thank you!

Hello, I have a Sonos beam 2 connected to TV arc and also wired to ethernet as the basis of my sonos system for the house. I have some great Bose speakers that are no longer being used, but was wondering if sonos AMP would allow me to wirelessly connect these speakers as rear surround speakers (so beam 2 remains front L/R and the amp speaker rear L/R for surround). This seems a basic question - but I have read so many different things on line saying the AMP has to be connedted to TV and arc - it's not clear to a nuffy like me. Dont want to purchase if the above is not possible. 

Both the alarm screen as well as the "enter share info" modal prompt for confirmation when navigating back regardless of whether any changes have been made in the first place, as well as when the "save" button was actually pressed right before.This is independent of how back navigation is invoked (back button on modal, close button on modal, back swipe gesture). 

i have a problem that my acr ultra is turning the mic on and off by it self when i play music and i can’t turn it on or off again i the app but i can do it on the arc. i have try to reboot it but it didn’t stop the problem. what to do????

My sonos ace swap with sonos arc ultra doesn’t work.I’ve tried several time to uninstall and configure it using the app, but it doesn’t work!!!Anyone can help me?

Just purchased the arc ultra, long story short. The sound via the tv is as you’d expected. Sounds really good and an upgrade from the beam. When I try and play music via the Sonos app the sound is nowhere near as loud or as powerful.  anyone any ideas? thanks 

I have a question about backsound because playing anything pass hdmi arc in beam 2 on tv direct or spotify app on tv (by wifi works ok 5.1 music) on spain only works in one channel that transmit in DOLBY atmos  it is TVE HD in my 2 sonos one sl back its on. I think a stereo signal must be converted by every channel to be audible in back in every case. it is possible?

I have a Playbar that my family had for years - always in the horizontal position. For some reason, all of a sudden after using the same playbar for years, today it has decided to disable the front IR receiver and enable the rear IR receiver, and none of our Volume control works anymore unless we point our remote at a 30-40 degree angle down towards the soundbar.  The Playbar is in its horizontal location as it always had been. How do I switch this back? I cannot find a setting to update on the Sonos App.

Why is the era 100 being marketed as a new product? Hasn’t it been out for a couple of years now?

Hey,I have the following hardware configuration: Sony A95L, Sonos Arc Ultra + 2x Era300 + Sub 3 Gen. I have the following problem. For some time now, I have noticed that clicking on night mode or dialogue enhancement in the app does nothing. This happens both when playing content from Apple TV and in the Bravia Core TV app. Moreover, I have the impression that when I turn on night mode while watching something on ATV, e.g., in Dolby Atmos, but also in 5.1, instead of lowering the volume, it increases. The best part is that when I play a movie on YouTube (TV app), night mode works correctly. Sonos should make an HD radio that picks up AM/FM signals and it should work with their speakers obviously. The AM/FM home receivers that they have on the HD website are nowhere near as good as Sonos.   It won’t let me paste a link into here but the website of the current receivers is HDRadio.com and then click get a radio and then home radio.   Sonos can easily make this. 

Same exact problem here with my Sonos sound bar.  Sound shutters on optical input regardless of swapping cables in and out.  Also switched TV and still the problem persists.  This is a problem with the Sonos sound bar optical in, but it seems as though they don’t know or want to fix the problem.  

I have Arc +  HDFury Arcana + UHD player and it worked well for a long time.But with recent firmware upgrade (since March upgrade I guess), I found Dolby TrudHD can no longer being decoded. (no sound at all, and in Sonos APP no audio codec)I have reset Arc and HDFury and there was no help.After some trial I found Dolby Digital Plus and DTS5.1 still works so that it should be no issue with my setup. The issue only happens with TrueHD audio, even for TrueHD 5.1.Could anyone also check if there is same issue?PS. issue is still present with April upgrade (version 16.7 build : 84163251)

Could someone who has these stands please provide a measurement from the floor to the top of the speaker with the Era 300’s mounted in the stands.  Much appreciated. 

I’m considering paying for the Sonos radio subscription. I already pay for ITunes and SoundCloud streaming. I like the Sonos stations. My big hesitation is that there doesn’t appear to be a way to listen to Sonos radio outside of my house. Is there an app that would allow me to access my subscription while on the road?

Hi all -- I received the Sonos Era 300 wall mounts and because of where I will be placing the speakers I want to mount them inverted (upside down). I was following the instructions in the guide  if you scroll down the “mount inverted” section. At step 3 it says to “Remove the screw from the mount assembly. Rotate the mount 180 degrees so the screw holes are facing up, then reattach the screw to the mount assembly.” I can’t seem to get the screw out to flip it. I have tried with screwdriver and drill and neither has worked. The screw doesn’t move at all. I called Sonos support who thought the 2 mounts I received might have an issue so they sent me 2 new ones but the 2 new ones have the same problem. Multiple calls into the support # and they can’t seem to figure it out.  Has anyone e

Hello,The link (https://www.sonos.com/en-us/guides/era300) mentions that Sonos Era 300 should be mounted upside down if placed less than 60cm from ceiling. I’m thinking of mounting these about 20-30cm from ceiling. Just wondering that instead of inverted mounting, is it ok if I mount them upright but then tilt the mount to make the speakers face downwards (they can tilt upto 32deg)?Any potential issues with this setup?Thanks
