I have an arc 2- 300s and cannot true play my system am I missing something?

Hello community,I´ve had a bad start today: my Move 2 started blinking red (after being put in the charging base).I did the reset but even if now blinks green, I can´t find and connect it anymore. I´ve looked up already some other posts, did the login out and back in of the app. Still can´t be found. I can see a SONOS Wifi network, not sure if that hints at something.I´m grateful for any help! PS: I´m running Android on the phone and Win on the laptop. Nothing should have changed on my internet network...

I used to be able to play music on my Sonos through the Spotify app. A few weeks ago it stopped. Now although all three Sonos speakers appear in the Spotify app, when I try to connect to play music, the icon (bottom left of the screen) blinks for a few seconds and then nothing happens and the music keeps on playing on the device.Playing music in Spotify through the Sonos app works fine.Any ideas on how to fix this? 

The ArC SL is producing echoesi,occasionally when watching movies, and also during commercial breaks specifically when watching the Peacock streaming network. I have two 1’s and a sub connected to the system. Even when I turn off the 1’s and sub I still hear the echo from the soundbar. 

I have two Sonos era 100s in a stereo pair connected to one sonos sub. I have a second gen 3 sonos sub - can i add it to have dual subs?

I’m experiencing a problem with Sonos Arc Ultra soundbar and judging from the posts I found on the internet I’m not the only one.  There have been others experiencing the same or very similar issue with their Samsung, Sony and LG tv’s.My TV is Samsung QN90A.   The problem is that that Sonos does not let my TV switch away to TV speakers or other connected bluetooth earset.  After the switch is made, it temporarily succeeds and then again the sound is routed to Sonos after a few seconds.    I’m connecting over HDMI eArc output from my TV.  I have tried using Sonos cable, my own Anker high speed cable and the same thing happens.  With my Sennheiser Ambeo Plus soundbar, no such problem exists.  I can succesfully toggle between the different sound outputs on my TV.  What’s even more upseting, is that Sonos provides no power button.  So the only options are either to turn it off from the outlet or turn off CEC in the TV menu to accomplish this.

Hi, I have a sonos system S2 playbar, amp, two play 1s as stereo - all running ok. I do also recently was able to get my hands on S2 Connect Amp and I would like to use it to get my two ceiling speakers be utilized. On top of that would like to add play 3 S2 to the system. A lot of speakers but not connected they’re just not utilized, would like to put them to use. Anyone know how ? I did manage to add play 3 to the system and it allows me to group it can’t get it to stay grouped. I haven’t messed around with the connect amp. 

Sub mini not connecting. 

I am trying to switch to Spotify from Deezer on Sonos…It keeps telling me to sign out and back in again , which I do but it just keeps repeating this message and I can't access the Manage account or + account to do this..Any clues please ???

I Have two Sonos play 5 gen 1 ,which have been very good up till now .They have recently updated and the sound now is so distorted that you can't listen to them Needs a serious update to solve this

I can't connect to new network 

My amp only has a white light that keeps flashing when I try to reset it and I can't and it won't let me connect it to the network. I've already tried to reset it by connecting it to the network via cable and the white light keeps flashing slowly.

So I bought the Sub 4, installed and grouped it with my Sonos Arc Ultra, and I was really disappointed at the lack of thundering power.  I have the volume adjusted up to +15 and the sound its adding is underwhelming.  Does this sound right to others that have the Sub 4 or were my expectations just wrong?

I can’t add BBC Sounds to my Sonos Era 100 set. I’ve checked country settings (UK), have updated, reset and restarted app. I can see BBC Sounds in the list, but getting an error message after approving the app on the BBC site. Any tips?! Thanks!

I have had surround set up for years. It’s stopped working however. I have reset all speakers but it will not allow me to reset up surround, I have a beam, One SL and One in the living room (although only two shown in picture). I cannot add them all to living room to create a surround again. The app is also not showing the kitchen speaker even moments after completing setup.  

Sonos Arc won't connect to my Samsung TV.  Has been working perfectly for years.  Just quit working.  I have replaced the HDMI cable running from TV to Arc HDMI connection.  Have gone into setup mode to connect the Arc to TV but when it tests the connection, it says not connected.  My Samsung TV does not have an area in sound settings to set for Arc.  It never did and I never had to do this previously.  Hoping someone can help.  I literally have spent hours trying to figure this out.

I tested this setup with this youtube video (25 - 150 Hz Audio Sweep):  When I toggle off the sub in the app, I can hear the bass ramp up from 40 Hz.When I use the sub then I can hear it from 25 Hz, but at 65-75 it gets quiet. Not using the sub in this range produces more bass than when using the sub.Is this a bug with the sub or what is the reason for this? Will it be fixed? Sub level 0, bass -1, treble -2 and no speech enhancement. Tested with and without trueplay.Also, I saw some comments online stating that when toggling off the sub in the app, it’s as if you are still using it, except it doesn’t produce sound. This does not seem to be true. Seems to me that in that case the arc ultra is using all its bass, since I could hear the bass from 40 Hz when toggling the sub off, and when having it on at -15 the bass had low volume until about 75 Hz, as opposed to when having it toggled off. I can’t find the post with this claim, but I am pretty sure I read it on here somewhere. Is my conc

my Sonos Play:3 , i have two of them, played nicely for years, after latest firmware upgrade they show up as not registered and even resetting them three times Im not able to register them again. At the end the sonos app states that i have to contact the Support  im logged in, all other speakers working fine.  

My Sonos music folder is on a NSA310S external hard drive. I have always added CDs by ripping them to iTunes and then copying from the iTunes folder to the NSA310S external hard drive. This had always worked until now.The NSA310S icon has vanished from the bottom left of the file explorer screen where it previously showed up under This PC and Network. At least I believe it has vanished from where it used to be - I was initially worried I had forgotten how to do it!Click on Network and NSA310S shows up under Media Devices. Double click opens to what I assume is the device's IP address - a page titled Twonky with various links to settings etc. Right click gives three options 1. View device webpage (the Twonky page as described above), 2. Create shortcut, 3. Properties - this gives model number, IP address, serial number.If I open This PC NSA310S is there under Network locations. Double click to open and it states This folder is empty.The Sonos system plays fine - in other words it is sti

I have just reinstalled my sonos system (missed most of the app issues as was in storage) and now have everything back working agian.I had heard the album artwork from music library had returned to the app. Whilst I can see the artwork when I am playing the song/album, I do not see the artwork when I browse through the albums in my library or in the queue. So my question is, is the fix still needing further work and everyone has the same issue, or does everyone else have the artwork in their library seach and queue and not just when they are playing the song?Cheers,Simon

Not sure how a high end audio component company like Sonos could make a streaming music device that doesn’t have Bluetooth connectivity. After spending 12 hours installing this Mag 6.1 I and uninstalling it, returning it and installing a different system. #very frustrated 

In the iOS Sonos app, I can’t add any folders, playlists, or favorites to the Home screen. The only sections visible on Home are “Recently Played,” “Your Source,” and “Your Service.” Example 1: If I select an MP3 folder from my NAS and choose “Pin Collections to Home,” it shows as pinned, but it doesn’t appear on the Home screen.Example 2: In the YouTube Music service, if I select “Save to Sonos Favorites,” it says it’s saved, but it doesn’t show up on Home. The same issue occurs with Apple Music. Essentially, I’m stuck with just “Recently Played” on Home, with no way to customize it with playlists, favorites, folders, or albums. Hi allEvery time I start to watch something the volume is always set to mute. This only started happening a few months ago. Every time, there’s no sound. So I have to press volume up, then the green light displays, indicating it’s on mute, and I have to increase the volume to the desired level. When I’m navigating Plex finding a film, I don’t get the interface audio clicks. It’s so irritating, it makes me feel like things are broken. Does anyone know why this is happening?Any help is appreciated!

What is being done to fix the glitching, especially the repeated drop in streaming with latest S2 controller?  i have an Era 300 which is “usable” only if one is willing to endure countless drops in streaming.  it’s a joke that an inexpensive bluetooth receiver plugged into a TRS port on my old Play 5 performs flawlessly but the so-called advanced technology of the Era 300/S2 player cannot.  I’m ready to move on from Sonos if they cannot produce equipment that simply works.
