Hi, My macbook air is not finding my system but my phone app does but 3 products are not connected on there also.. I have reset everything and initially all lost products connected but dropped out after a couple of minutes.so, I can control remaining 3 products with iphone x (3 products not connected) but macbook cant find anything now. been running fine for last year or so.have done resets and renewed apps.any help would be good

Hi All, I currently bought a Sonos Move 2, but having issues in use.. The speaker is charged (sitting most of the time on the charging ring).However, once it went in sleepmode, it does not react anymore to power on.. I tried clicking on the on/off button, I tried putting it of and on the charging ring but to no end..After trying 10ish minutes, most of the time the speaker suddenly turns on again… When it is turned off, the speaker is also not visible in my app..Is this normal behavior? 

I recently added two Era 100 speakers to an auxiliary room...and placed an eero wi-fi in same room. Within 30-minutes of networking the speakers, a three-second stutter started. It's on both speakers, but not at same time resulting in the stutter occurring as many as 15 times an hour.Actions I've already taken include trying speakers separately.  No help. I spoke to Sonos  tech for help. We did a firmware update.  No help. What else can I do? Is this an inherent issue with Era 100's and I should just return them?    

Cant use my plex files on the sonos localy.I get all my speakers from samsung from now on. 

I try to reauthorize and it just keeps asking me over and over again to repeat it even though it says it was completed successfully.

I purchased my Sonos over a year ago, and the first 8-ish months, it worked as expected. Never touched it after setting it up in my gym, and now, it constantly boots my phone off, and fails to reconnect back for over 20 minutes. I am using an iphone 16 pro and a pixel 3, and it seems like the Sonos is just crappy. I've original used my Sonos when my wife and I both had a pixel 2 and the iphone 11. We both upgraded phones, not for the purpose of narrowing down the Sonos speaker, but still, Sonos fails to remain connected when playing music. Is this a know issue with Sonos? I love the quality, but fighting it 6 days a week, restarting both my wifes phone and mine just to make it through a single workout without it disconnecting is getting incredibly tiresome. 

I have an Arc Ultra, Sub 4 and Amp connected to ceiling speakers. What is the best way to connect The arc ultra and amp to each other? Wired or wireless? If wired, do you run an earc hdmi from tv to arc ultra and tv to amp? Then, is it better to group the arc/sub to amp or is it better to add the amp as surrounds in the same arc/sub group? Finally when I was exploring and started to add the amp as surrounds to the arc, I got a notification that doing so would stop the amp speakers from playing analog sound. What, if any, negative impact will that create? Thanks in advance. 

After nearly 5 days of trying every permutation imaginable.  5DAYS!!!!!  I have FINALLY managed to get Sonos to “find” and add my iTunes music folder.  It is on a Synology NAS drive.The Pathname I entered was exactly://my Synology’s IP address/name of folder in there containing iTunes libraryThe username and password were the ones for the Synology drive itself and NOT the one for the DS app Synology Assistant. Good luck to anyone struggling with this nightmare.

I have a Sonos Arc, Subwoofer and Amp for my theater room (it already had built-in surround speakers thus the Amp).  Arc and Amp are both wired.I also have: Play5 Gen 2 (wireless)Play 5 gen 2 wiredOlder Amp (wired)Port (actually arrives tomorrow; could do wired or wireless)2 ERA 300s (obvs wireless)Various Sonos Ones, Play 1s and (all wireless)Play 3 (wireless, of course) I currently have Wireless disabled on all of the Sonos devices, so there should be no SonosNet running.Occasionally my Play 3 in my office will drop audio for a few seconds.  Kind of annoying.My Unifi network (of course) has two Access points and multiple SSIDs for various reasons.  One SSID is dual band, the other is 2.4ghz only.Would my Sonos devices on Wifi be better served if they were forced to the SSID that was 2.4ghz only?  I see some on the 2.45 and others on the 5ghz.  The Play 3 in the office that often drops is on the 5ghz.Or should I re-enable wifi on the hardwired devices and unplug ethernet from all but

Hi,I’ve two groups of Sonos Gear: Arc Ultra + Era 300s + Sub Gen 3, and a Arc + OneSLsThey are all sitting on a 2.4ghz network, in a separate vlan than the main network (ubiquiti gear)The older gear (Arc, OneSL) show up for Airplay, and I can connect to them fine.The newer gear (Ultra, 300s) show up for Airplay, but I cannot cast to them unless i’m on the same vlan.I saw other posts regarding the Era 100s, and that it seems to be a Sonos issue and how it respons to the request for an Airplay connection.The response I had from Sonos support was “your configuration is unsupported”. Has anyone heard anything different, or found any solution to this?

The Sonos YouTube Music plugin successfully plays downloaded Supermix content; however, accessing other service features (Home, New Releases, Library) results in application freezing and a "Something went wrong" error. Coupled with the existing inability to directly cast from the YouTube Music app to Sonos, this renders the YouTube Music service effectively unusable on Sonos devices.

Album art from my personal library displays fine in the mobile app, but not at all in the web app. Is this a known bug or is there a solution?

This is a bug report for the Sonos Android app developers. Using the android app, when adding an old device that requires an update l, the update will fail and you will get an error: 1106  The fix is to borrow an iPhone from someone and set it up with that instead. The update will go through fine in iphone.  

When I try shuffle a playlist with more than around 100 tracks in the Sonos app it malfunctions. The app adds thousands and thousands of tracks, up to 35,000 which are presumably just duplicates of what's in the playlist. And it just shuffles a few tracks from the playlist repeating them over and over. It's impossible to clear the playlist while it's doing this as well. What's going on? Is there a fix?The playlist in the photo actually has around 1800 tracks but by the time I took the screenshot Sonos was already up to 11400 in the queue and was still adding more.  

I have an older system. I have 4 stand alone Play 1; 2 stand alone Play 3; Playbar and Sub and have 2 Play 1s as the rears surround for the Playbar. All must be Gen 1 as all pieces are about 15 yrs old.  i have been using the system with S2 controller and its a disaster. Sometimes will work and then all of a sudden will stop playing and disconnect OR will start and stop playing. Very inconsistent and the app is very slow to connect to my phone. It’s just not reliable.  Is this happening because of the S2 app? Are my speakers too old or do I have too many speaker connected to the S2 app? Should I downgrade back to S1 app? I never used to have problems with original app but since I’ve connected these speakers to S2 I think that may be the issue.  please assist. Thank you in advance. 

Just recently, every day when I try to switch on my Sonos sound system it doesn’t work. The only way I can get it all working is Ito restart my wi-fi system and then everything works. It’s not my wi-fi system that isn’t working as everything else connected to my router works just fine. It just seems to disconnect from my Sonos system until I restart it. I’ve never had to this before, why would this be. Any ideas anyone?

I just purchased an Arc Ultra, 1 Amp, and a Sub 4.  I also have a pair of in-ceiling 3rd party rear channel surrounds. Can I use the same Amp for the Sub 4 and the 3rd party rear channel surrounds?

Hi I have 800TB of AIFF hi-res song files on a 1.5gb microSD for my JM21 DAP portable player. I have a Sonos Amp in wiring closet driving my outdoor speakers, and a Sonos PORT being driven by my turntable. Both port/amp connected via Ethernet to home network Would love to serve up the AIFF files via AMP or Port in highest quality possible, and take advantage of AMP or Port's DAC. What would be best setup for this, the 800tb of files can live anywhere I'm not tied to MicroSD Also open to Raspberry PI setup for NAS if needed Lastly would love to control library via Sonos app, sounds like I can via SMB share, just isn't clear to me if this would run through DAC on AMP or PORT before going to rest of Sonos speakers .. also assume NAS connects directly into back of Port or AMP in 2nd Ethernet port? 

Hi, Because of the YouTube Music podcast playback error, I was looking for an alternative way to listen to my podcasts. This turned out to be TuneIn, where I almost have them all.Unfortunately, after the initial joy, I'm experiencing the same thing: not all podcasts can be handled by the app, and it displays the same error as YouTube Music. I guess the uninstall/reinstall the service is not the best way to manage this issue.Any ideas?Thanks.Ferenc

Summary: I have an AMP paired with an Arc Ultra to power surround speakers, and I have cannot get them to be louder than whisper quiet without also affecting the side-firing speakers on the Arc Ultra itself. I purchased two Sonance IS8s to use as surround speakers in my living room.  I purchased an AMP to power them.  I recently purchased an Arc Ultra.  I set that up using WIFI, and then I paired the AMP to it (also over WIFI).  When I am watching Dolby content (5.1+ confirmed in the app), the surround speakers are whisper quiet.  I tried adjusting the “TV Volume” slider, but that increases the surround channels on the soundbar as well as the surround speakers.  I am not sure why the soundbar continues to duplicate the sound coming from the surround speakers, but it does.  So, though this slider does make the surround speakers louder, it makes the surround coming from the soundbar itself ridiculously loud.  I also attempted to solve it with Trueplay.  I did both the simple version and

I used to listen to The Florida Roundup, produced by WLRN, on Sonos through iHeart radio.  Then it was unavailable.  I have tried to find it on all my sonos services, but it wont play on Sonos.  I can play it directly on apple podcasts or iHeart podcasts.  Tried to add TuneIn to Sonos to play it, but that didnt work either.  Come on  Sonos, make it easier for us to use!  How do I get my podcast??

Deeply unimpressed with my purchase of a Symphonisk speaker pair, they will not pair and operate properly no matter how many times (and different ways) that I try.One side will work but not the other and vice versa; sometimes one side will work momentarily with the other but only 1% of the time.I have an Apple Home setup which I can get working nicely, but these speakers are the black sheep and I’m regretting the purchase. Firmwares are up to date and I’ve tried everything else suggested online.I notice many complaints online; are these things just junk and should I be avoiding Sonos products like the plague? (in my mind the answer to this is a hard yes right now).
