I our headed two roam 2 devices. Each came with a cord, but nothing to plug into wall to charge the unit. How do I charge the Roam 2?

You would require a power adapter that meets the minimum power requirements to use with the supplied cable.

You can also plug the cable into the same plug adaptor that charges your phone, especially if it has 5V/2A output written on it.
