I have an individual Apple music subscription. On my apple devices, I can view the Library, which shows, albums, playlists, artists etc.

On the sonos app, I have added apple music as a service, I can play music etc, but can not view any of the library content, I get the error message “No items available”

I have spoken to sonos support, and removed the service and re-authorised etc, with no change.

Sonos support asked if I have a family subscription, but I only have an individual subscription, why would I need a family subscription, it is my sonos setup and only me uses it?

Have you enabled ‘Sync Library’ (formally iTunes Match):

You don’t need a Family (One) plan, but if you did you would have different profiles in the Sonos Apple Music Service for each user.

You're right — an individual Apple Music subscription should work fine with Sonos. The issue likely isn’t about the subscription type. It’s a known limitation for some users where Apple Music libraries don’t sync properly in the Sonos app.

Until Apple or Sonos resolves this, a workaround is creating playlists manually or using Tracklistpro to rebuild or manage them more easily across devices.
