I keep getting a message that my speakers are not connected and they always have been connected and I try to connect them and they won’t connect. Only my two Bluetooth speakers will connect

Not much information to go on, but I’d try a network refresh. Unplug all Sonos devices from power, then reboot your router. Wait two minutes, then plug back in your Sonos devices. Wait another two minutes, then test.

Or you might want to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Thank you for your response. I had to call support after an hour and a half on the phone, They wanted me to call my Internet carrier, but at that point I unplugged   my router one more time and rebooted my speakers as you  suggested and it worked.
