App response it still painfully slow.

every time I use Sonos it takes forever to load up. response on functions is slow, especially volume control / pause / play. It keeps losing the names on my amps and goes back to default. it’s never been as bad as it Is now on performance. The app design itself - still waiting for something great to happen.

Sounds like you have a problem that can be fixed.

Verify all Sonos and controllers are on the latest versions.

Power down all Sonos, reboot the router and controller, power up the Sonos. 

If it is still slow spend a couple minutes changing what is playing, the volume and pausing/starting music.

Within a couple minutes submit a diagnostic, CALL Sonos and and have them look at the internal data. They found myissuein a couple minutes, fixed it even quicker.
