Hi there,

New to the Community today and looking for help.

I have a Sonos setup with arc, 2 x One SL’s and sub in my conservatory connected to my 75” Sony TV and Sky Mini box.

Occasionally when I turn it on I have voice sync issues. The only way I can seem to fix this is to switch everything off for a few mins and re power. Sometimes this can take 2 or 3 attempts to sort it. 
Very frustrating.

Hoping someone has a simple fix to my issue.

The lip sync issue is not necessarily a Sonos issue. When you say you “switch everything off” does that include the Sky box? Sometimes I think the lip mis-sync can come from the broadcaster - I’ve seen it in days gone by before I had a soundbar (ie internal-to-the-tv speakers) and from my setup box too.
