 Love the determination, dedication & commitment to provide a one of a kind in home listening experience by innovating every day. How can music enthusiasts like myself & most Sonos owners who have purchased Sonos for the same listening experience. Has there ever been any discussion or consideration as how to encourage Sonos owners to upgrade into your most current line of product(s) with some sort of incentive or loyalty plan? I myself am already looking at upgrading putting my current expenses in my Sonos products at loss. Until I can get some kind of return selling them thru a online source. With a incentive program like such, knowing I could upgrade to the latest technology Sonos offers & able to get a return on the products I’ve already purchased for their quality, clearly having the understanding moving into Sonos newest products offered will only enhance my listening experience even more, they would already be on order. Just a thought? 

Giving SONOS support access to your computer opens your computer to hacking and hijacking. My CONTACTS list was copied and is now being used by SCAMMERS for scamming all over the world.Asked SONOS for help but I don’t think they will answer my call.DEs 

I’d like to make a feature request for a night mode that doesn’t completely eliminate all bass. A mode that will basically tighten up the dynamic range so all sounds can be heard around the same level for late night listening that won’t be interrupted by that one surprise explosion scene that wakes up the house followed by the speech you can’t hear immediately before and after.  Thanks!

Last Saturday night, something failed in my Playbase (purchased May 2017). I got into a chat with a rep, and about an hour later Sonos said that the PB was bad and they were replacing it with a Beam Gen 2. When I asked about cost for this, I was told “no charge”! I got the replacement yesterday and just finished setting up and configuring. So I’m a little numb...The Beam is a definite improvement,but I have no idea how or why it was covered by warranty. I did have to return the PB, but all I had to do was take it to UPS and pay them $20.00 to box it up for me. They paid return shipping as well.I’m very impressed and wondering a bit about what could have been in the PB to make them want it back so badly.  :) 

Why does the sonos app suck so much?  

… The Android app is a real disaster! But how can SONOS claim to be at the top of the range with such a... How to say... thing? Horror ? Application absurdity?This app crashes randomly! It's a horror when it has to be used! My account is sometimes lost! My Spotify account link too. Have to init again all my SONOS system for the Xth time! And now, I can't even find my 2 One SLs anymore... All my equipment works without any problem with my wifi access point (the point is a few meters away) EXCEPT SONOS which sometimes crashes! And fed up with the support that looks for quirky reasons but never questions their equipment when the bug is there: the bug is SONOS! 😡Sorry for the angry side of the message but there, fed up!

I have Sonos s2 app on my system with 3 sonos ones, and 2 roams.  When I try to search for music on the app, I can usually only type a few characters before the text is deleted.  It seems to be related to the search function on the app. It's as if when the app is trying to search while I'm typing, as it's returning the results, it automatically selects the text I'm typing, which is then overwritten by the next character.  Sometimes I get a couple characters to stay, and they are highlighted (selected).  If I don't tap in the search bar to unselect the text, if I type another character it deletes/overwrites the text.   I've seen other posts about this, but they did not have a solution. I use the S1 app at work, no issues. Very disappointed in the S2 "upgrade"

Can I add another Sonos product to my app and profile that is in a different country and house? Or do I need a new profile for the 2nd country? 

I was using Sonos move for almost one month, before the problem, I had use airplay function and there is no problem at all. But yesterday, i can’t find the airplay on my device even thought I didn’t change my Wi-Fi password or using another wifi (ps. Wi-Fi functioning well). Fortunately, I still can use Bluetooth for playing music. So what is happen is happen to my sonos move and how should I solve the problem?

Could I put in a suggestion to the developers that Sonos look at a Group when it is configured and instead of setting the first selected Sonos as the Coordinator selecting the first (if any) Ethernet wired one.Maybe go a bit further and pick the wireless one with the best connection if none are wired?Not likely to happen soon but it would be nice to have the next developer that digs into the Group coding see the suggestion.

Love my Sonos products. However, two things need to be addressed immediately.Form factor/product design: The Sonos One SL plug is a joke. Impossible to unplug without a vice grip. Has anyone else experienced that upgrade credits disappear from their SONOS profile?Background is that I activated a 30% trade-up credit on an old Sonos Play 5 some years ago. I didn’t use the credit back then, but for a long time, I could see on my SONOS profile and I also received regular mails from SONOS where the credit was mentioned.Now I am ready to use the credit but realize that it has disappeared from my profile. I know this is really more of a question for SONOS support than a community question. We really should be able to change color it's not that big a deal and it would really lighten up my day if I could see different colors some people are very visually tactile.

I’ve owned Sonos since 2016.I have: 5 Play 1s, 2 Sonos 1s, a Play 3, the Beam, the Sub, the Move, the Connect, and the BoostEverything worked well until the last few months, and now the system works so infrequently it’s not even worth trying!The app CONSTANTLY cannot connect, and I have gone through EVERY troubleshooting option (including buying the boost to give it a dedicated channel).The Move is always in Sleep Mode and never wakes up - I can only use it as a Bluetooth speaker.I can unplug and reset everything, and it will work for a day or two.Wi-Fi is fast (1Gb) on a mesh network.I want help to get this to work or I’m selling the entire system and moving to Bose.

My Sonor One SL woke me up last night playing loud music in my living room.The culprit - a tiny leaf from one of my living room plants had fallen atop the Sonos.This was enough to start the playlist I had litened to on Spotify on my mobile in the evening.One tiny leaf falling atop the Sonos One SL playbak controller started the thing …...

Some products are better priced at Amazon than at sonos website/ Best Buy etc so I want to know would sonos cover the warranty if purchased from Amazon? 

Has anyone else found that their trade up products have been removed from their accounts, so that there are not as many items to trade up as they expected?  I have old generation products in my account which I traded up and returned to Sonos, but these were removed and the “trade up” credit applied to items I am still using.  Sonos say that they are unable to verify registration for the products returned under GDPR, as they may now be registered to others.  So they are saying that the products returned are now in use by others - what!  they’ve sold them on!?  And because I’ve returned them I’ve effectively lost my 30% upgrade credit….?Come on Sonos, this is a con!Anybody else found this?

I wish that the LED light on the Beam Gen 2 also had the option on the Sonos G2 app that:> only show status light when audio is connected> right now, the led light always is white and ON. I like it when is lit up, but only when audio is actually active. I know I can turn it off, but then again, I completely turn it off which I don’t want. Because I like it to see what’s going on…

FEATURE REQUESTSONOS, similar to the Connect and Port, please add the ability for the Amp to allow a fixed volume (and the ability to set the level of that fixed volume).Considering the Amp can handle 1-3 pairs of speakers, each pair of speakers may have independent wall volume controls.  Some users don’t understand that in this scenario this would be a dual-volume setup and, inadvertently, may turn one of them down and therefore have no sound or not the volume they are desiring.Wall volume controllers make sense for those that don’t always have their phone/device in-hand and want to simply adjust the volume in a room.  They also make a lot of sense in commercial environments where you don’t want to give everyone access to Sonos, but are good with giving them access to controlling the volume level.  So, wall volume controllers aren’t going away any time soon.EVERYONE who sees th
