Does anyone have an issue trying to access their system details or profile on the SONOS webiste i.e. it just keeps cycling?I use Safari as a standard but have tried Chrome and it’s no better. The page just keeps reloading time after time

It’s working okay with Safari on an iPad here in the U.K. Profile and the other tabs, Orders/System/Upgrade etc. are displaying fine and all remain steady. Maybe others will chime in too.

The website sonos.com and their online shop site seems to be okay too when using Safari on the iPad.

Hi, I am having the same trouble, it’s the same on the IPad and Windows laptop. I flagged this to Sonos on Friday, apparently someone will get back to me on Monday. Very frustrating and needs to be addressed.

Anyone get a resolution? I try to add things to my cart, but when I go to my cart, it just keeps reloading on a never ending loop and says my cart is empty.

UPDATE: Now I can’t navigate to my Profile either. I get the following error message. Support said they’d get back to me in 24-48 hours…

431: REQUEST_HEADER_FIELDS_TOO_LARGECode: REQUEST_HEADER_TOO_LARGEID: sfo1::wlbxd-1689026621390-717a21754f76

I have the same issue, constant reloading of the web pages when I try to go to any of the pages under my account

I’m experiencing the same issue in Chrome and Incognito Chrome on Windows.

You may need to close the site tab or restart the browser. With SONOS I sometimes need to close all of my browser tabs that reference sonos.com. For one site, I don’t recall if it was SONOS, I had to close all of the site’s tabs and delete cookies for the site. SONOS uses a lot of cookies.

There are 2 major things that causes this issue when it comes to loading of the website and I recently have experienced it.

1-  You can have the low internet speed

2- Check the version of Browser whether it needs updates or not

3- Make sure to clean the history and cache because sometimes the cache doesn’t let you open the website

Settle up these things and you will be able to open the site within few seconds. Because i did apply these things on my website and got the job done with these points.

This reply seems very ChatGPT and the user profile also looks a bit suspicious for a first time poster.

@controlav are you serious, how you find my text written by chatgpt. It was experience based conversation.

I’ve been noticing reloads while viewing CNN.com, none on SONOS sites. I have a couple hours logged on iOS 17.0.2 and have not noticed any reloads yet.

I tend to have a lot of websites open and CNN is always Safari’s left most tab.

Now with more iOS 17 experience, CNN is my problem site. There is very brief error message flash on a black background. The message is in a tiny font and very brief. I think that it refers to something in an embedded video advertisement that cannot be loaded.
