Why won't my Sonos Era 300 allow me to sign in to my Amazon account. Tried several times and it won't sign in to my Amazon account 

Geez, this app is getting worse and worse.  I have version 80.14.09.   When I stream a playlist or queue from Spotify (or any provider) the individual songs are no longer separated by a pause.  In other orders, as a song is ending, but not quite finished yet, the next one starts immediately without a pause.  Any solutions (besides an entirely reprogrammed app)?app

My system works fine on my iPhone but when I try to access it via the app on my wife’s iPhone, the system doesn’t exist.  It’s the same problem regardless of whether I sign in on my own account or my wife’s account. It asks me to update my network settings or setup a new system. The former fails and I don’t want to risk the latter in case it ruins my existing system, fixed by Sonos expert earlier today.This has never been a problem until now as we’ve both been able to access the same Sonos system independently from our iPhones by signing into our individual accounts.

I am unable to add any songs from Spotify to the Sonos queue via the S1 app.

I am on ios and the app tells me to reauthorise my apple account, when taken to the log in page i enter my details and sign in, but then it opens the screen that says i need to reautherise again…There is also no call centre for sonos in my country…

I own two SONOS systems, one at the cottage (where I am the administrator) and the other one at home (where my son is the administrator).How can I access all the services set-up on the local SONOS system without having to login as the administrator? I tried closing the SONOS APP and reopening it without success on iPadOS and iOS.We chose to use different administrators on the two separate systems for convenience (e.g. managing updates, setting up different services account). We share our SONOS accounts details in order to resolve (too many) frequent issues on the local Wi-Fi network. Along with the many other frustrating issues with the SONOS 2 APP, I don’t know how I can easily access the services on each system without having to login as the administrator of a given system. Example : When I come back home from the cottage, I select the Home system on the Home Wi-Fi system where I see all the separate room speakers, but I cannot see the service

Hi all, I have this issue since a few weeks. The Sonos App keeps saying that I need to login as system owner, bur of course I am the system owner. So I cannot add new devices or change settings. I have already tried to uninstall the app but nothing has changed, I also tried to use a new Android device to connect with the Sonos system but I still have the same message. I have contacted the Sonos assistance online but no help so far. I am using an Android device. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello!My music library resides on a NAS system and I use the Android app. I rip my own mp3s and the software I have used sometimes created a .m3u file when I rip a whole album.  Most of these playlists show up under the ‘Imported Playlist’ section of my Music Library in the app. I thought I would try creating my own .m3u playlists of various tracks.I am using the VLC media player (Linux) and a text editor to create the files.  VLC created playlists use a URL to the file  (eg file:///home/Music/AC-DC/High_Voltage/05-TNT.mp3).  I didn’t think Sonos would understand this so I have a version of that file that uses relative paths (eg AC-DC/High_Voltage/05-TNT.mp3). I have Sonos update the content and neither playlist shows up.  I even deleted and re-added the Music library and neither shows up.I tried creating a new directory and putting the playlists in there and neither the folder nor the playlists show up after rescanning the music library.  I am out of ide

I can use the speakers from the computer app just fine, but the iPhone app keeps flashing continuously between the library and Your System screen so it is unusable.The iPhone app shows the right song being played, so it is connecting to the speakers, but it can't be used because the screen keeps flipping back and forth so the clicks go to random buttons.Speakers are updated, iPhone and computer apps are updated (iPhone version is 80.14.09)

I am new to Sonos speaker use.I am having trouble getting my Win 11 PC music file to transfer to the Sonos music library. It seems to be showing but will not play. The message appearing when attempting to play a song choice pops up “It does not exist”First level tech attempt to trouble shoot for 1.5 hrs. today until I asked to be escalated, so now I wait for a email to schedule a time to book the next level tech.Any dumbed down level suggestions? Has anyone else experienced the same issue?JT

Help. My Sonos takes about 4 attempts before it will play. Then the visual information does not keep up with the track being played. If the system plays for longer than two hours I receive the famous "no products found " message.  Meaning everything freezes. So frustrating.  Any ideas. I'm not a computer engineer IT graduate. I bought Sonos as a plug and play. 

Can someone please explain how room control is supposed to work? What I’m experiencing appears problematic.The setup:Two rooms: A and B. If it matters -- room A contains a One SL; room B contains two Fives in a stereo pair.Two people: Person A in room A, person B in room B. Each person is using the latest Sonos app on an iPhone.The problem:Person A is streaming a radio station in Room A, from that station’s web site, using AirPlay on the person’s iPhone.Person B wants to stream a SiriusXM station in Room B. SiriusXM is accessible via the Sonos app on person B’s iPhone.Person B clicks the Rooms icon on his Sonos app and sees both rooms. Room A is checked and indicates streaming. Room B is unchecked; no streaming shown. What does he need to do start streaming something in Room B without affecting what’s happening in Room A? If he checks Room B (so that both rooms are checked), his streaming choice start

I was able to log back in to my account in the ios app and my Sirius account is connected and playing but there is no sound.  Tried local to play local music from my library, also no sound.  Suggestions?

system has suddenly stopped playing from my Apple music purchases list. In the Sonos app a pop up says: Can't play "Julekveldsvise."( a track on the norwegian Christmas music album ) It's not encoded correctly.

I love how Sonos response to the limited library is use someone else’s software and pay for their subscription.  Music fans with large libraries can go pound sand.Plex isn’t good for playlist imports.  But….Roon is expensive as heck.  However Roon streams perfectly with the Sonos hardware and even does whole home playback.  You’re no longer stuck with the Sonos app and even no longer stuck in Sonos hardware ecosystem.Try the Roon free trial

Hey everyone,Today I ran into a strange issue with my Sonos setup. The Sonos app would open (iOS) and show my system, and I could control the volume on my soundbar for instance. However, it wouldn’t show any of my recently played items, music accounts, or let me add my new Era 100 to the system—it kept failing during the update process.I tried everything I could think of:Restarting my Wi-Fi (I use an Orbi 770 mesh system - I know these sometimes appear to cause issues). Restarting my phone. Restarting my Sonos devices (a lot of them). Switching Wi-Fi on and off again.Nothing worked! After almost an hour of frustration, I thought of plugging an Ethernet cable into my old Playbar which first didn't resolve the issue. Hi, Just got a new LG C4 TV after having an old Samsung for 10 years, been using a Playbar the whole time.  I have the new TV and Magic Remote hooked up to the Playbar no problem.  However, my old TV used an IR remote and I was able to control the Playbar’s volume when the TV was off, but I was streaming music to the Playbar via the Sonos app.  The new LG remote uses RF and will only control the Playbar if the TV is on.  I think I am answering my own question here, but is there any way to get the Magic Remote (RF) to control the Playbar directly, with the TV off, so I can adjust the volume of music streaming to the Sonos device with the TV off? thanks… Charlie

It appears that with the newest app release for Android,  which did give us local library album art, that we have now again lost the fix for compilation albums. Yep, seeing dozens of album entries per artist again. I assume others are seeing the same?

I have a mini sub (got rid of the old sub) and I typically have it turned off out of respect for my neighbors.  When I decide to turn the sub on or off there are about 7 or 8 taps/steps I need to go through to achieve that.  It’s not so much the taps but more about remembering the mapping to get there each and every time.So here is my suggestion….. and Its crystal clear in the image below that I created for you.  Include the sub at the bottom of the output selector page and even though it doesn’t have a volume you could use the slider to adjust the amount of bass.  Plus I can turn it on or off RIGHT THERE!!!!  No more 8 steps to turn on and then another 8 steps to turn it off.  I just saved your customer 16 steps.You can’t make it any easier than THAT!  

Still cannot build the local music library. It always times out with an error that the share (which it has been working on for the previous 45 minutes) is suddenly no longer available, or that it may have been moved or powered off, which of course is not true. Tier-1 help desk suggested that I have a double NAT issue. I have a Verizon router with two extenders, and by design, the extenders broadcast the same SSID as the router, and the tech said that was the problem. My understanding of a double NAT is that you have two or more devices providing network address translation for outgoing requests, and one way to detect it was through traceroute:traceroute google.comtraceroute to google.com (142.251.40.238), 64 hops max, 40 byte packets 1 cr1000a (192.168.1.1) 3.594 ms 3.011 ms 2.882 ms 2 lo0-100.washdc-vfttp-366.verizon-gni.net (71.178.216.1) 17.840 ms 9.364 ms 19.354 ms 3 * * *A double NAT would show a priv

Hi @Corry P, I am running 80.11.33 on Android and I'd like to report this bug:Going to Sonos Favorites and tapping on one of the Recently Added items works fine.But, if you go to Sonos Favorites / Recently Added - View All, then tapping on items does nothing.

Hi there,I recently lost the ability to sign into the Sonos app on my iPad. The “recently played” section has a message “Sign in as system owner” message, and when I click the button, I get a browser window for login.sonos.com, but no fields are displayed.If I drag that window over to get a split screen, I can authenticate, but then the app responds with “Something went wrong” (why can’t programmers tell us what went wrong - it can’t be that hard 😃).Please see attached images. I also have the URL used to open the browser if requirediPad = 7th gen iPad OS = 18.1.1 Sonos app = 80.12.03I tried both Chrome and Safari as browsers (via “Default browser”) but the result is the same.I reset the iPad (shutdown and restart) but am reluctant to reset or reinstall the app in case I lose anything more - I’m still able to connect to my services and play from there. System is working fine with both the PC app

The sleep timer in the Sonos app only provides fixed time choices, yet, I almost always want longer than 2 hours and would prefer an ability to choose how long I want the timer to run. Thanks for considering. 

Since the latest app update (December 10 - iOS) I can not longer see the queue when I play a Spotify playlist.  I get a message on the Queue screen (in the Sonos app) saying “Started from Spotify” as if I had used the Spotify app to play the playlist.  But I had used the Sonos app to find the playlist and start it from there, like I have always done.  I can’t see the queue in the new desktop (web) interface either.Is it just me?

My symfonisk speaker stop working with AirPlay.Do you have any suggestions how to fix it?
