the app wont connect to apple music

I am on ios and the app tells me to reauthorise my apple account, when taken to the log in page i enter my details and sign in, but then it opens the screen that says i need to reautherise again…

There is also no call centre for sonos in my country…

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with Apple Music not reauthorizing on your system.

Instead, please try removing it entirely, then add it back on again:

Remove a music service account from Sonos

Add a music service to Sonos

If this does not work either, please try rebooting the device running the Sonos app, or try using another device, if that is an option for you.
