Help. My Sonos takes about 4 attempts before it will play. Then the visual information does not keep up with the track being played. If the system plays for longer than two hours I receive the famous "no products found " message.  Meaning everything freezes. So frustrating.  Any ideas. I'm not a computer engineer IT graduate. I bought Sonos as a plug and play. 

The Sonos FAQ has some suggestions but the easy route is to call Sonos Support and let them look at the internal data hidden from us users.


I've been there with Sonis support.  All their ideas and solutions failed.  Sonos is not muchbyse atvthe moment.
