I just got my sonos out of storage and went to set them up and the app asked me to update no it doesn't know I have a sound bar sub and speakers ???? Now have nothing working ??

Before the app update, I was able to create playlists using songs or whole albums from Amazon Prime Music. I thought there a fix for that, but I'm still unable to. I'm I missing something? 

Amazon Music not working at all on any devices suddenly. Dosent appear to be an outage on Amazon as can play it on my phone, seems to be a Sonos Issue? 

Amazon stopped working, rebooted etc. does anyone know if there is an issue?thanks

In the last 24 hours, my APP has stopped working on my Pixel 8 Pro and my system is not recognized. It works fine on an iPhone. Any suggestions? And no, I'm not going to go buy an iPhone...lol.

This is an odd one. With the Sonos app on my PC everything works fine, with it on my iPhone or iPad (I have S2 gen) the music library is not found. But if I start playing one of my playlists via my PC the app on my phone recognises the track playing and can pause and restart it, change volume etc, but the app still thinks I have no music library! I have deleted the app, tried to put in the path to the library (not found even though it is a cut and paste and the same as the PC path). All the problems have been since the new App.cheers and Seasons Greetings!Clive

This is my first time using Sonus and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I can't connect Qobuz, my preferred streaming service, and then I find out that I can't install Spotify either.  Absolute shambles of a product. Disgrace. 

A Sonos alarm that had been deleted still sends an in app notification when the alarm was scheduled to go off. How do I get it to stop?

I can’t deal with this « unable to load content » anymore. From Sunday morning whereas I am just looking for a chill breakfast with family to Friday night when friends are coming over. I am spending more time trying to play music than chatting with friends and family. I don’t like this relationship I am having with you SONOS, we need to go talk! How to fix this?

Christmas party ruined Sonos not responding. On ,Off ,Volume  Deezer, room isolation basically everything. Wish I could find the Sonos uk offices and burn my system In front the press Alan Ferguson 

How do i set up which zone(s) are live when i open app?  Now it always goes to same zone regardless of the previous set up. 

On my iPhone 15 Pro, in My System Settings I have no control of anything in there. It’s telling me to sign out and sign back in to have access to my system settings. It keeps repeating the same messages. Even when I go to Manage it won’t let me sign in. But on my iPad I can sign in and go into my settings. I made sure both my iPhone and S2 app were updated to the latest version. I deleted and reinstalled the Sonos app on the phone. The messages says… “Sonos” Wants to use “Sonos.com” to sign you in. This allows the app and website to share information about you. I hit continue and sign in…. Next message says Sign in as the System Owner, To manage these settings, sign out and sign back in as the owner of this system. It’s on repeat. It won’t let me sign in on my iPhone. Is this part of the update from many months ago. The crazy ass updates that messed everything up? Bonjour, Au moment de l'ajout du compte deezer sur l'appli sonos, j'autorise l'ajout et l'appli tourne en rond. Une fenêtre deezer s'ouvre mais il n'y a aucune instructions qui s'ouvre. J'ai beau chercher mon sonos ne s'affiche nulle part. J'ai tenté avec Spotify et ça fonctionne (mais je n'ai pas de compte premium!)Merci pour le coup de main. Sonos app keeps not recognizing my wifi network and wants me to update all my products.  There is only one SSIS in my house

Speakers work fine from tv. It’s not showing up in the app. But everything works. 

I decided to dip my toe back into the Sonos ecosystem after using the application and product many years ago. I needed new speakers, so I ordered a pair of E100s from Best Buy. So far as I can tell, it is still impossible to add an album from Idagio to the Sonos queue.   Will this be fixed any time soon?  Classical/opera streaming doesn't really work if you have to add dozens of separate tracks to a queue in order to hear the entire piece.  

I’ve had a Sonos system running off of a cheap LG NAS since 2011. It works fine, although I use EoP devices and lock the system off from updates and the internet. Now using S1 software.Due to a system crash on a Synology NAS, I rebuilt it to take over the sonos side of things from the LG NAS, as that was starting to demonstrate a few file corruptions. I also installed another newer Synology NAS.The Synology is running DSM 7.x fine, and all shares are available via the network. It also works OK casting using Hi-Fi Cast to a CCA via the line-in on a Play5. However, it consistently fails with an error 1001 when trying to add a library link.Knowing that v7.x made changes to smb access, I downgraded it to smbv1 and checked the NTLMv1 box. It is using the correct permissions and group and also allows smb access to the sonos folder.I also followed a forum users text to include extra text in the smb.conf file, which should have helped.I have been trying to track down the percieved problem with

Updated Sonos app with the most recent update and since then it has just not worked. Every single time I go to use it I have to update network. Everything has been switched off and back on MANY times. It’s so frustrating. 

I have tried everything to get this soundbar to appear on the Sonos app but it says it connects but it won’t appear on my phone. I’ve tried joint existing product, looking for new, factory restarting the thing and even contacted my ISP to see if my firmware is up to date and still nothing. Literally any help at all will be appreciated!

My system says ‘access to Apple Music has expired.  My Apple Music has not expired .  Sonos not working again- big surprise.I thought I would delete app from my app screen , now I can’t find it in order to fully delete it 

Just installed the new app. But I can’t find where the music library went. Also no option to add a folder to the library  Moderator edit: We have an article with instruction on how to add a music library share on Windows and MacOS. Have a look. 

My music library has disappeared and it will not reconnect.  Have made sure it is on SMB3 and it worked up until a week ago.  When trying to add it says it is unable to connect.  All the pathway and user name and password are correct.  What am I missing?

So I know we are all sick of talking about this but it’s really got to fever pitch now.My on going issues are still on going with no signs of getting any better. I will just talk about my own personal issues over the last however long now which is too much to even use it anymore.  Slow app, delayed everything, takes about 10 seconds to play next chosen song that’s if it does play it, says unable to add to queue but adds it 50% of the time,  volume literally does what it wants, can’t turn off a track other than asking Alexa to turn it off, we had a house full Christmas Day and it was honestly embarrassing, safe to say nobody who was here will be rushing out for this dream set up!!!  I’ve done the usual things, reboot, wire a speaker to router but whatever I do makes no difference at all. I do think it could be my older play 1s that are causing the problem but there’s not a chance that I’m throwing any money at this for it to still be this bad! I never thought something like this would c

My Sonos Radio subscription includes a live streaming feed from Radio Klassik Stephansdom. The feed is apparently carried by Tune In.  Recently the feed has been dropped.  How do I restore it?
