Connection with my Fritz!Box Mediaserver doesn’ work. Has somebody experience with setup?

You don’t use the media server function only the USB sharing, be warned it’s very slow and you should consider buying a real NAS.
When you connect to the “share” in the Sonos App use the IP address of the Router in the path.
