I have a simple setup, 2 Sonos Ones as a stereo pair in my home office. I frequently have issues with the system not being found, or one speaker dropping out, meaning a frustrating time resetting, rebooting and trying to reconnect.
Today, the app can’t find a Sonos system - I’ve added each speaker several times without any issue being reported in setup (speakers chime and seemingly connect). I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled. I can press play on the speaker itself and it plays the last thing I was listening to. Nothing has changed on the home network, wifi strength is good, everything else has remained connected without problem.
I really want to like my Sonos system, but these repeated connectivity issues are just ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to regularly spend hours trying to identify where the problem is and set up the system up again.
