How do I disable apple airplay?

My sonos system suddently gets “access denied” to my synology NAS but only for my Play 5 gen 1 and connet AMP gen 1. New sonos AMP and play 1 works fine? Hope someone are able to help me???

I mostly use Amazon Music on Sonos, but when I scroll through the artists it stops at D. I can search for a specific artists and it will come up, but i would like to be able to scroll through and browse. I have tried to disconnect and reconnect the Amazon account, tried to refresh, logged out and back in to sonos app. Any suggestions? 

I play my daughter a baby sleep spotify playlist through the Sonos at night. And if I try to listen to a podcast on my phone the sonos will stop playing. I have a spotify family plan. Does anyone have a solution for this? Do I need to reach out to Spotify instead? Thanks for any help you can offer.

I can logon to the SONOS website but the SONOS App gives me and invalid email or password.I reset my password several time but it does not work on the App only on the website.

Tidal Connect integrated with my Sonos Move generation 1 with only acceptable glitches for a long time. The last couple of weeks, however, when I select playback in Tidal Connect to the Move, the music plays out of the iOS devices speakers... no music from the Move. Yet integration with my Sonos Connect still works as it always has. But when both the Connect and the Move are zoned together, the problem again occurs: music only outputs through the iOS device.I am trying to figure out if the problem is on the Sonos end or Tidal end. Peculiar that the Connect is fine while the Move is not. The Connect is hardwired to the network while, obviously, the Move is on Wi-Fi.I pray someone has any advice.

How do I change back to TV from music with the Sonos app?

The Sonos Android app on my phone and Windows desktop app can only see about 20% of my entire YouTube Music library and I’m not sure why. This hasn’t always been an issue, and I would really appreciate some help with this.Context:When I first bought into the Sonos network, I purchased a pair of One SLs and began playing music through my personal library on my phone. I primarily listen to music with downloaded files through the default Samsung media app, and at the time the Sonos Android app could see these files as well. Everything worked great for a few years and I got a Play:5 (Gen 2) speaker during that time to add to my system as well.Earlier this year, there was a notice from Sonos saying that the app could no longer read downloaded files on Android phones, but provided solutions to work around this. I was irritated at first, since I’d grown so used to how I was using my speakers, but the workaround I chose was through YouTube Musi

Is there any documentation?  I’m pushing the 65K track limit (65705).  All my tracks are in one foloder on a nas organised by artist and album name. I am using MediaMonkey 5.  Does the library indexing start at A and index the files up to Z?  I can see artists from the start and end of my collection. Also I ran the update on my PC and it came up with a message suggesting I remove some playlists.  Are the files in playlists included in the 65K limit?  I am tempted to move all my christmas tunes into a separate folder and just add that at christmas.  Also I have a punk album with 100 tracks.  That is probably wasting 8 normal albums worth of space.

I’m a little frustrated by the Sonos experience. Perhaps I am a relic of the past, but I’m not a streaming music customer, per se. Yes, I occasionally stream music from a service, but I most often listen to music from my own vast library via PlexAmp.I will launch PlexAmp, connect to a Sonos speaker/group and initiate play from PlexAmp. I might start adding songs to the queue, rate a song, etc. What is frustrating is that, at some point soon after initiating play, (maybe when my phone goes to sleep?) it is clear that PlexAmp is no longer playing and any changes to the queue, etc. are not reflected in what is continuing to play from Sonos. I have to launch the Sonos app to further control my music, but with the limited functionality that the Sonos/Plex relationship offers.Is there any way to prevent this happening? I’d like to use PlexAmp to maintain control of my music playback/queue/rating of music. If this cannot be maintained, could there be more functionality added

Recently upgraded to Sonos2.  Purchased Arc, 3 ones and play 5 to upgrade system. I have a One that is hard wired Ethernet to use network (supposedly to improve connectivity).  Now (daily) several rooms are missing from my system, some speakers are unresponsive.  I have installed, rebooted, factory reset and re-setup entire system almost daily.  Rebooting my router etc works, but am I really going to have to do this every day?  Worried I made a mistake purchasing the several-thousand dollar unreliable system.  My old system on Sonos1 was flawless and reliable for years.  PLEASE HELP! Before I throw the entire system away for Bose.

Hi all!I have à problem with my sonos setup. when I install it every room can be find, and I can group them in my sonos app (S1) I only use spotify to play music in my speakers. but after awhile they will dissepear from the sonos app. I can still find them in Spotify app. But nowhere to be found in the sonos app. As u can see in the pictures its the ”WC +2” speakers that dissepear from the sonos app.         

I updated the desktop app to 15.2 and it now only sees one of my speakers. My iphone app still sees all three and works fine. Any ideas how to get the other two rooms working? I see them fine on the phone, and they play via that controller, so they’re obviously online. 

Why has the books search been removed from the sonos search function? I used to be able to search my audible audio books using this function but it was removed some time ago due to a sonos upgrade and I am unable to return to the previous (‘classic’) search function. I was advised months ago by a Sonos tech person that this issue was being escalated but still nothing has happened!

I am not getting Sonos Playlists from my Music Library on my IPhone or iPad. They are present and working on the desktop client. This is on a recent Sonos 2 installation. They are present on the old Sonos App on all controllers.Are thy supported on S2 on iOS, or is this a fault/bug?As always thanks in advance fkr your help,

My Sonos CR200 controller wont show my Sonos rooms and it is connected to the correct system, is there any way to fix this?

Having problems with Android when playing Sonos playlist on S2 app. The playlist goes back to the beginning of the particular playlist rather than the track being played. This does not happen on Apple IOS devices but on Android.Does anyone have a fix for this this?  

I lost power in my condo.  After it came back on, I rebooted my router and restarted my ipad and Sonos app.  When I try to play music on my Sonos app with Spotify, I keep getting message “unable to add song to queue”. Any one have any suggestions?

Hi,im using Audioteka app for audio books. Is there any way how to connect it to the sonos speaker on Android? I find quite confusing that not all audio is playing via the sonos speaker. Thanks

The Connect Amp that drives my four outdoor speakers no longer outputs sound to one side (right side). The other left side works fine and I have switched the speakers around to make sure it’s not the speakers.Tried rebooting and resetting to no avail. Is the amp blown?

Port will not connect. Port was set up and working. Haven’t used for awhile. Network has not changed. Have reset router and taken port connections out and put back in. Still will not connect.

I’ve been using Sonos speakers and enjoy them.  I had to accept that they took away “On My Phone” option, but how can one access Sonos on another computer in the hosuehold and use one’s music library as well? When I access the Sonos app on my mac, it reads the one I’m using at the time.  My spouse can’t just open the app on her computer and simply add her library as well.  Nobody wants to remove the current music library in settings and then update the new computer’s different library each time it’s used in the house? This makes NO sense.  Any help is appreciated.  If this isn’t fixed or planned in the near future, it’s time to sell the system.   Thanking you in advance.

Hi,I have a YouTube music playlist with 1127 songs. In the Sonos app not even half of these are being displayed. It stops somewhere around 400.I have removed the service and added it back, this doesn't help. I have reset the entire system, this didn't help either. Any ideas how to make the entire playlist display for browsing ? 

As stated, my Imported Playlists do not include my iMusic library playlists. I do not subscribe to iMusic streaming service. My music library resides in the customary location on my Mac HD. I am running Mac OS 12.0.1. Any suggestions?

I recently decided to switch to a 2x2 TB SSD RAID drive running in an enclosure off of my Mac mini, replacing an old but not-yet dead NAS.  The NAS did backups and held my music files.  I found such cheap (Intel) SSDs that the whole thing came it at about $200, which is cheaper than a comparable NAS with mechanical drives.  It seemed pretty simple to swap, with OSX Extended (Case sensitive, journaled) format partitions for public files (music), Time Machine, and Misc on each of the two RAID drives.  Time Machine loves it, and I can read and write to the other partitions as normal.  Sonos, not so much.  When I specify the path to my music, e.g., /Volumes/Pubic RAID/Shared Music/iTunes, I get maybe 10 seconds of indexing (lots of music, so it should take a long time even off of a fast SSD) and then no music in either the Mac or iPhone app.  If I do the same process off of my base HD, which is a tiny SSD that is APFS formatted, it works (for the 10 or 20 tracks I have the
