Connecting to Spotify

I have bought a Sonos system and I am trying to connect it to Spotify.  It wants me to put the password in for the previous owner.  I can’t work out how to use my own Spotify account.

Did you set up the system from scratch? If not you need to factory reset everything and do so, otherwise it would remain registered to the previous owner.

You’d then add your Spotify account as normal.
