hello have been having my Apple Music on/off. I have Playbar, Sonos one, & Sub in a 5.1 system along with Asus RT-AX92U. I have reset the router, the Sonos system you name it and nothing seems to be working.

hi All, I cannot seem to load S1 controller on a new Mac with OS 13.6.1 with apple M2 processor.  Most of my system is first generation legacy.  Any ideas from the Sonos gurus in the community.  Many thanks in advance!  -Bill

For the past few months, I’ve been unable to AirPlay to my Sonos Beam. I’ve noticed others have had this issue, especially after a HomeKit update, but haven’t found a fix that works for my system. The best I’ve been able to do is a factory reset of the Sonos Beam which temporarily fixes the problem and allows me to AirPlay to the Sonos Beam but the problem comes back shortly thereafter. If anyone has ideas to fix this, I’d really appreciate it!If it makes a difference, the Sonos Beam is paired with two IKEA Symfonisk Bookshelf speakers. 

Hi everyoneI’m a newbie Audiophile and love Hi-Res music but don’t fully understand what it’s all about other than the quality of sound is better.I have a Sonos system at home that comprises of an Arc, Sub and two One speakers L+R.I keep all my music files on my PC and a backup drive. These files are mostly Apple AAC/M4A format that I listen to through the Sonos app on my PC as well as on my phone.However, I recently purchased two Hi-Res albums online U2’s Achtung Baby and All That You Can’t Leave Behind. They are both 96Khz/24bit FLAC files but Sonos will not play them and brings up a message saying;“Unable to play this track - it is encoded at unsupported rate 24b96000Hz”Is there a way round this to play these files without compromising the sound? If this isn’t possible, then what are my options to play Hi-Res music through my Sonos speakers? I have been able to listen to Hi-Res music thro

Previously songs from my itunes library were playing fine and most still do. However, over time more and more songs no longer will play on Sonos. A message appears that says the song is not properly encoded. Is there a fix for this problem?

I have a set up with two Play:1s, a Play:3 and a Move 1. I don’t have crossfade enabled. When I am playing a playlist I am now finding that nearly every song skips about halfway through, although it doesn’t seem to happen with albums from Spotify. I don’t recall this having happened in the past. I’ve looked up solutions, and tried turning off all the devices and restarting the router (and Sonis devices), but to no avail. My phone has strong WiFi signal in all the locations the Sonos devices are, and they’re really not far away from the router (the Play:3 is about three metres away with no walls in the way).Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to solve this?

We use the apple family function to share music and play via songs.I’ve had to remove my account and reload onto the Sonos app, following advice on this forum as I was not able to access my entire apply music library.However when i have tried to do the same for my husband’s device, it automatically signs in under his Apple ID (music is under my Apple ID), and I cant seem to change it. how to i fix the original problem we both had  - not able to access our entire apple music library (albums, playlists etc - for my husband and others on the Apple Family plan?

I added YouTube Music to my Sonos Android app (Sonos S2) today, but several problems happened. Especially, I cannot play music on a Sonos device from the app. I use Sonos Beam (Gen 2), and I enrolls YouTube Music Premium via YouTube Premium. Here is a list of problems I encountered:Problem 1: Sonos app only shows one playlist of mine. I can view several playlists on https://music.youtube.com/library/playlists, but Sonos app only shows one of them. Problem 2: When I try to play the playlist, the app shows an access denial error. To be precise, it shows “「xxx」を再生できません -アクセスは拒否されました” in Japanese. Problem 3: When searching songs of YouTube Music on Sonos app, it always shows no songs for all queries I tried. Hello, I have both Sonos S1 and S2 apps and products. A couple of months ago 1 station, Chilltrax, stopped playing on both systems. I listen from MyTuner Radio, since TuneIn has gone to commercials for the free service. I have tried EVERYTHING or likely everything but 1 since it still will not play. Deleted it from favorites, resets, reboots, updates. I finally just gave up and listen to it on my laptop. I CAN get the station to play online, and from the MyTunerRadio website on my computer. It will simply not play on Sonos S1 or S2. Any ideas? I emailed both Sonos and Chilltrax, no answer. Thanks Sonos for not responding to a customer of 10 years. 

Except for the hardware on the speaker itself, this must be the crappiest system ever, Things that are  trivial on any other app/system becomes a nightmare on Sonos. Just to add a speaker and get it to work without a LAN cable (LAN cable?! Really!) is a f****** nightmare. Going through an eternal loop of find a new network, asking for microphone access (AGAIN! REALLY?!!!). Activating WLAN or deactivating WLAN and the reactivating it does nothing In I unplug this mf speaker its like groundhog day, all over again, same s***** guidelines, works as long there is a cable put in to it. Once I unplug the lan-cable, the crappy app cant find the speaker, the only thing that works is a factory reset and do it all over again.  Moderator Note: Modified in accordance with the Co

Hi, I don't find Deezer in the "library" : ajout service musique. I have only access to Tuneln and Last.fm.How can I connect Deezer with Sonos if Deezer is not listed? Kr Dominique 

Hi guys, sorry if this has been asked before and/or is a pointless question. But I'm looking for a user friendly device that can be wall mounted to control my sonos system I have sonos system covering my entire house, and we often host and have visitors. I'm getting fed up of handing my phone over, or asking people to download the app to control the music playing. Similarly, some of the speakers are out of reach so a simple task of changing the volume is effort! Therefore I want a wall mounted device that is can control my sonos system. Ideally a fairly user friendly one, as I don't want people to have to struggle to use it. Does such a thing exist? I also have hue lights all over, so if something can cover both systems that'd be a brucey bonus Thanks in advance

Every time there is an update to the Sonos Controller on my MacAir it fails, despite updates to Mac OS as well.  The only suggestion I get from Support is to uninstall then reinstall.  Is anyone else experiencing this?  Is there a bigger problem or something in my setup?  Thoughts anyone. 

I have always used different music services within the application but today I realized that these have disappeared and if I try to add them I only find tune in and lastfm. I tried reinstalling but it didn't solve the problem. what should I do?

I have just purchase a Sonos Roam.After I set up the devise on the Sonos app but it didn’t have anything pop-up regarding to the apple music promo. I also checked my inbox on the app, there are nothing in my inbox. 

Hello Sonos Community,I just read this notice from Sonos and can't believe this is not being fixed.https://support.sonos.com/en-us/article/play-music-stored-on-your-android-deviceSonos is basically removing the ability (May 23, 2023) for us to stream MP3s stored on our Android phones over WiFi to our Sonos products.I have 1000s of tracks on my phone and many are rare recordings that are not available on any streaming service. The work-arounds they have are garbage. Load my MP3s to a NAS. One is to use Bluetooth. I didn't buy my Sonos system to stream using that horrible protocol. Please contact Sonos and let them know that this is unacceptable and that we need to keep the "On This Mobile Device" functionality for Android. This is a loss of a very important function.Thank you,JL

Planet Radio isn't available today and when I try to access the service Sonos gives a message that it's not available in my country.  Nothing has changed with my connection at home.  Any ideas?

Following on from a topic on Planet Radio disappearing from the list of services available, the solution was to add Rayo as there had been a name change.I don’t have Rayo on my list of services available to add.Anyone any ideas?!I’m in the UK, so should have it….

My question is, where has Planet radio gone. Music wouldn’t play this morning and the service isn’t available in the app under add new. There was an update last night so not sure if this was connected but can’t see it on Sonos web either. Any suggestions please. Cheers Vin

Hi All, I have previously created some live radio streams in Sonos via the process described here, using the TuneIn service: https://support.sonos.com/en-us/article/add-an-internet-radio-station-to-sonos  However, I recently noticed that TuneIn is no longer available by default on my Sonos system, and I could add the new TuneIn, but it seems like it is for paid subscribers only? I was wondering if there is a new way to add internet radio streams?

Hi,Is it me or is the heart icon missing from the controller when you play a liked track from Spotify? I don't see it in the Android nor in the desktop controller anymore. 

Hi. Sonos doesn’t seem to support Audible.in - can I make this a feature request? There seems to be support for audible.com, audible.co.Uk, audible.de, audible.es and a couple of others only. Screenshot from S2 app attached. I have already linked my audible account to Sonos but my library is in audible.in and not in any of the above so the library in Sonos is empty.
