Rayo

Following on from a topic on Planet Radio disappearing from the list of services available, the solution was to add Rayo as there had been a name change.

I don’t have Rayo on my list of services available to add.

Anyone any ideas?!

I’m in the UK, so should have it….

In your online Sonos account, change your location to elsewhere, save and then back to the UK

Now using the Sonos app check for updates, this forces the services list to update.

Is the Country set correctly in your Sonos account? That is the usual cause for missing music services.

Yep. UK, but still no joy. Signed out and back in a couple of times

Ahhhh.... A quick trip to Afghanistan and back has (eventually) done the trick!
