Where in new app to add music library path?This on iPhone iPad app.

New app won’t find my system.  I tried restarting my phone after updating. App won’t find my system after I turn on one of my products.  Please help…I tried calling Sonos support, but my wait time is 75min!!! Thanks

Even before the new iOS update I was having issues with snoozing my alarms when I try to activate them through the app notifications. I’m hooked up to a Beam as I use that for my alarm speaker.  The snooze fails to activate so I end up setting alarms at 15 min intervals.  I can however fully dismiss the alarm but that’s not an ideal solution. Are similar issues being reported and what’s the solution, if any?  Thanks in advance for any insight & input. 

I am wondering if anyone has successfully used the Sonos system with Apple products?  For several years I have struggled to get the speakers to work, many reboots, restarts, all of the suggested Sonos postings, etc.  Nothing will keep them working.  If you have used an Apple (iPad or IPhone) with Sonos successfully, would you be so kind as to let me know how you have done this.

If SONOS would have simply called the new app S3 allowing users to switch when they wanted to NONE of this mess would have happened - NONE. If they re-released S2 as “S2 Classic” or whatever they might stand a chance of somewhat repairing this disaster.And with SONOS’s silence all we can do is assume things and make things up - and my guess is that they knew people wouldn’t switch, eliminating their ability to take their next step in destroying the brand, users, reputation, and community by forcing us to pay them a subscription to continue to use the very expensive products we bought from them. I would NEVER buy a speaker/headphones/etc that included a subscription cost.I’d imagine that the headphones might be a flop because no matter where a potential customer looks all they are going to find is extremely negative content (which of course was completely avoidable).More than anything I want to go back to enjoying my SONOS products and believing in the company bu

Support needed - Spotify I need some help, can’t find answers anywhere. Spotify on the new app only lets me access the last 50playlists I have curated, can’t view any albums I have saved either. Playlists were working yesterday, albums I figured was just a glitch and would sort itself out. I have disconnected Spotify and reauthorised no change at all. I’m reluctant to uninstall the app and reinstall after reading about people’s troubles here. Oh I should I add that the problem I’m experiencing is across all my devices iOS and Mac and windows. It’s pretty frustrating

Thanks for the responses about copying Amazon Playlists to SONOS- it can’t be done! But, someone mentioned playing the playlists directly from the Amazon app.  I have been researching how to add my speakers to Amazon App so they will display for “Connect a Device.”  All I see is Airplay and my iPhone.  I read select Services and then Voice and Services but I do not have those options.  I am on version 80.00.30 now with SONOA app.Can someone point me in the right direction on how or if) I can add my speakers.  I have 10 and it would be great to have my Amazon playlist as an option.  Currently I buy all my songs with Apple, sync library to SONOS, etc.  I have Prime so can download inclusive of Prime pricing model.

I thought I’d provide some feedback on the new app using iOS devices, not covering absent features that are in the roadmap, and mentioning points that I’ve not seen covered elsewhere.Whenever I start the app I receive a ‘Turn on Bluetooth to Allow “Sonos” to Connect to Accessories’ message. A minor annoyance. I like the fact that the search box is always available on the home screen. I like that I can choose a Preferred Service which then appears first in the list. Even better if we had full control over this sequencing. ’Recently Played’ shows most but not all of what I have played. For example, if I play Radio Paradise Main Mix through the Radio Paradise service it doesn’t appear in the list of recent items. Also, nothing played from my local library appears in the recent list. ’Sonos Favorites’ appear to be ordered by how recently they were added. I'm reluctantly on 80.01.11 and just wondering from those who have updated if 80.01.30 is helping or hurting, is it doing something or nothing?

Where is the dual mono option on the new S2 App? 

Following the breach of trust with customers that the recent update makes clear, I am wondering how to fnd another way to play music in my house. The Sonos hardware I use is fine - how can I find another, non-Sonos way to push music to them from a local HDD library or NAS without letting Sonos software into the equation? This may be a dumb question - I’m twenty years behind on wifi tech - but I’ve pretty much had it with Sonos. Any suggestions?

I’d just like to remind Sonos management that the problem with the new app release is not just performance and reliability…..the new UI is very difficult to navigate.How hard is to make an app that you just click on the app and then click on the music you want to listen to without menus, scrolling, swipes and navigation that is not intuitive?It’s been almost 20 years since I started using Sonos and it just keeps getting worse and worse.

My Daughter listens to some audio books. One of them is "Bibi und Tina" they've got many many episodes (more than 100). In the YtMusic app, and in the old Sonos App (classic search...) we could find all albums, now with the 80.* app only 33 albums show up. And to make a bad situation worse, you can't even play a specific episode (example "Bibi und Tina 054"). It does show up as a search result, but all songs are grayed out, and you can't play the album. "Something went wrong" when playing a track (found with search) from that album/episode.Any help for this issue? I'll soon be forced to change to another hardware, as we won't change to another streaming service… 

Just updated the app. Signed in but after that it just shows a blank screen. What's happening? So many issues since your update!

Since recent update, I need to push the start button 5 or 6 times in the app (iOS) before the system starts… the same happens when switching off… is there a solution… is this an exceptional issue or do other people experience similar problems… is this related to the latest update?

Sonos Radio is in an authorization loop; the new app is unable to successfully authorize access to the channel. My older desktop Mac OS app which I DID NOT update works fine. Do not update all resources or you will need to wait for a fix to this issue. RE: Sonos Mgmt, please consider that we are paying a monthly fee to have no access to service 

Despite a lengthy phone call, help was unable to get new Sonos upgrade to pick up my iTunes music library, keeps asking for logins and passwords, which I don’t have. Has worked fine for many years; have added additional speakers at considerable cost, and I now can’t access my 38,000 song iTunes music library!!!so frustrating!!

Trying to setup a speaker, but I need to login to the app again.  When it launches the embedded browser it just is stuck loading login.sonos.  I can choose load in chrome and login loads instantly, but when it redirects into the app it's still on the embedded browser. Removed and reinstalled the app. No changeApp 80.01.30iOS 17.4.1Any other way to get the oauth token into the app?
