Sonos Beam Install Issue

Trying to install a new Sonos Beam. 
 

At first, the app recognized the Beam.  Once I connected the Beam to WiFi, though, the app stopped recognizing the Beam.  
 

I can see that the Beam is connected to wifi currently, but it’s like it never existed on the App.  I cannot get the Beam connected as a result. 
 

I reset the app, reset the Beam, reset the router.  Nothing changed.  
 

 

any suggestions?
