Question

New Sonos App doesn’t work


I upgraded from S1 to S2 and am very sorry I did. S2 doesn’t load and when it does, it will fall off quickly. I was listening to music yesterday and couldn’t shut it off because the S2 app just spun and spun and didn’t load. I never had an issue with S1. But Sonos has made it very difficult to simply use S1. Any solutions other than switching to Bose?
