connection spotify sonos

if I select album within the sonos app it say default

I’m not sure I follow what error you are experiencing, perhaps you can send a screenshot or reach out for live support who have tools at their disposal to better look at the problem.

Hi Gabriel,

please see the screenshot…there you see below Alben: „inhalt konnte nicht geladen werden“

this means that I connot open my spotify albums in sonos…do you know why?

Thanks for the screenshot!

I was not able to reproduce it and would suggest to remove Spotify from your Sonos system and re-add it after.

Do you perhaps use multiple Spotify accounts within you system? Just basing that guess on the naming of Spotify as “Spotify 3” in your screenshot.
