I’ve spent countless hours and lots and lots of money building my mp3 library on my home computer. I’ve spent a LOT of money on a built out Sonos system. Why can’t I play my personal mp3 files on my Sonos system?  I’ve been unable to play my files since the update. I’m beyond mad.

HiI can’t seem to play any music from Apple Music via the new sonos app to my Sonos Arc. I can airplay from the Apple Music app itself but via Sonos app no luck.Press play and just nothing happens, just see the apple logo in the now playing but no music description.Anything I should try or is this new app just not very good currently? Thanks

My saved playlist are not available on the new app version? Why I have to use my old iPad with the previous version so I can play my playlist. Also it’s the same with the Queue that is not working on this version.its an absolutely terrible experience using this version of the app.can I get my old version back? As I hate the new version its RUBBISH 

when I click on a musical piece another musical piece plays instead

I have a Sonos system at home and one at work. Each time I want to use one i have to reconnect to that system with the new app. Beforehand with the other app it would switch to the other location automatically.  Is there a fix ?

My alarm is off by four hours. If I set it for seven it goes off at three. I wanted to get up at seven so I set the alarm for 11 and it went off at seven. Any ideas out there?? (Just switched to new app)

Had trouble yesterday running Trueplay on new app so today decided to delete app and reinstall and now I cannot join my existing system at all! It’s says Sonos needs local access for setup but I’ve checked many times and local access is turned on under iPhone settings. Help!

System has disappeared from upgraded app. Components cannot be found by upgraded app. No music since last week of May 2024. 4 useless Play1 speakers. What can be done?

Hi all,I created a playlist on Soundcloud for a party I was having last week and when it was time to hit play on the music, I realised half of the songs that were in the playlist, were not appearing in Sonos App.Any ideas on how I can fix this?Thank you,J

I want to upgrade my system to S2. I'm afraid to do it with all the bad posts about it lately. Has anyone tried since the update today?

So today my Sonos play one started playing… I went to my app and the living room is no longer on there, only the kitchen and bedroom ones.  so I can’t stop it without unplugging it physically how on earth do I get it back on my app? My husband has the same on his phone the  bedroom and kitchen ones are showing but not the living room. 

Hi, I am unable to stream Amazon music to my Sonos system, I think it may have been since the Sonos app update but not too sure. I can play music on my iPhone but not on Sonos, I get the message “something’s gone wrong” anyone got any idea as to what the problem may be?…..Thanks

I'll be lucky to find any speakers when I open my app. Sometimes there's none, sometimes there's one, and sometimes (rarely) they're all there. Used to work fine on the old app - nothing else in the house has wifi issues (Mesh network). If I am lucky enough to find a speaker, I'll play an album and it'll skip the first 3 or 4 tracks, then when it plays it'll stop again. Putting aside any functional deficiencies, the app is not fit for purpose from a technical perspective. I'm just happy I sold my arc/sub/one setup prior to the app release. Best I can do now is to use my roam as a very expensive Bluetooth speaker! Amazed this was released like this.

We have multiple rooms with Sonos Connect in each.  The new app is randomly switching rooms.  For example, we check the circle, see a check mark and select ‘apply’, music plays for a moment or even a while but then will - on its own - the app will change over to a previously selected room.  Anyone else having this issue or Sonos you have a suggestion?

Dear Sonos, can you please make easier the volume adjustment in the app?Ore by the two buttons from my IPhone ore in the app with two buttons + ore -  , you did have this after the last update but one button is disappear. Thanks for your help, Jhon. 

Updated the version yesterday night and the music library has vanished. Trying to add the music libary, Getting this  message: impossible d’ajouter le dossioer partagé à votre bibliothèque (913)

I cannot get my iPhone or laptop to connect to my Sonos system other than for a few seconds.  On the app and my laptop, only a few of the Sonos devices show up, then they disappear and rarely will anything play.  I have unplugged the devices but no luck.  Additionally, it will not allow me to use Apple Music.  Seems like the whole system is just totally screwed up.  I have repeatedly tried to update the app but to no avail.  Any help would be very much appreciated.

Please provide a rollback option to S2. The new app was advertised as a feature upgrade.  No mention of feature losses.  We got feature losses and no warning.  No informed choice to delay the “upgrade.” I cannot add a single song to the queue.  Basic queue management a critical feature that somehow didn’t make it into your MVP. Now you expect your user base to wait months to return to feature parity.  Months.   Do you realize how ridiculous this is from a user perspective? 

I purchased the Port to replace the old Connect.  Can not get new Port to connect or even register on app to set up.  Garbage

La nouvelle application c'est de la merde. Je m'attendais à plus se SONOS. Difficulté à régler le volume autant sur Google que sur Apple.  La configuration de l'historique ne fonctionne pas très bien. The new search doesn't return any songs from my library. Only subscription services. That is one of the many ways the new app sucks and blows at once. Is anyone at Sonos listening?

So frustrating, alexa won't play music. Move 2 still in box. Arc works great through TV. One gen 2 will not play amazon music,  cannot find it in alexa app. Won't stream through amazon music direct, doesn't find it through sonos assigned amazon as music content. Cannot remove sonos one from sonos. When I press play on amazon music through sonos app it plays ish but no sound at all and just skips song after song immediately.. feels like am in this crazy loop that I can't get out off......help please. 

New app automatically updated (Android, UK) and worked (if somewhat slow at connecting). Having been away for a week (in UK) and connecting to a different system , I can no longer use my own. On opening the app it doesn't acknowledge my system and any attempt to connect presents me with a terms and conditions page for the US and rest of the world, EXCLUDING Europe.. there is mo option to acceot this. If I attempt to change region I am presented with a blank page. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any advice?

I updated my sonos app on my iphone and now I cannot play spotify through it.  Just straight up doesn't play.  Any way around this? I used to be able to start playing music on the spotify app and then open the sonos app and it will pop up playing.  I can only air play sometimes to one speaker at a time.  Really upset about this update.  Can i use a different app to play sonos?
