I just recently had my modem and router replaced, I had to factory reset my system To get it to connect to the new network and it connected and was working properly, but whe I checked it the following morning now my Sonos is saying my system is not found on my network, how can I fix this?

First try force closing your app and rebooting your router. Once the router is back online, open the app again to see if that has helped.

Another thing to try might be to go into your router settings and change the wifi credentials (SSID and password) to the old network name and password so the Sonos system doesn’t know you’ve changed your network. You would need to reconnect your other devices (phone, printer, etc) if you go this way, but I believe it has worked for others to get the system recognised again.

Tried rebooting, everything is back up and working properly. Hopefully it stays that way 🤞🏾🤞🏾

I was told by Sonos support that there are a few routers that are not compatible with the system and that’s the problem with the connections
