Latest upgrade

I have owned Sonos products for many years and this latest upgrade has robbed me of the use of my Arc and 2 subwoofers. They won’t connect to the system giving an error message. My 5’s and SL’s work as single elements but this is not good enough. The other problem areas mentioned by the very many disgruntled members also apply to me. I ask that you revert back to the previous iOS version while you go back and fix the many issues. I paid a lot of money for your products and insist you give me an app that enables me to use all the functions.

Seit dem Update auf die neue Version verliert die App am Mobile Phone immer die Connection zu meinem System. Wenn ich dann neu installiere wird das System gefunden und verbunden. Nach dem einloggen sind die Musikdienste da und auch die Library aber das System wird nicht mehr erkannt, also wenn ich die Musikdienste dazu füge, verliere ich wieder das System. Wie kann ich das beheben mit der alten App am iPad funktioniert alles problemlos. Moderator edit:Google Translate-Since updating to the new version, the app on the mobile phone always loses connection to my system. If I then reinstall the system is found and connected. After logging in, the music services are there and also the library but the system is no longer recognized, so if I add the music services to it, I lose the system again. How can I fix this? Useless new app

My music libary has now gone from the new app and the old app iosi am selling all my Sonos units on Ebay so disgusted after 14 yearswith Sonos.Well done Sonos how to get rid of customers in one easy leason send anapp so we cant use it to play music.

Why Are Rooms Not In Alphabetical Order?

In the new App my rooms are in alphabetical order on the manage screen but on the “home” screen they are not. There is absolutely no logic that I can see to the order on the “home” screen, it makes no sense.When can we expect the new App to support the display of rooms in alphabetical order?

Unable to switch radio channels

Unable to switch between radio stations using new App.  Also no control of volume or ability to mute radio station. The faults with this app appear to innumerable. It could not have been properly tested prior to release.

Music Library: New App Issues

Over night my library dissapeared .  Was listening to music at 2 am, this morning its gone,  and thats with the old, desktop software. Cant help be feel we are being attacked by the russians….

Apple Music Lossless stops after playing an Atmos track

I think I discovered the reason why Apple Music Lossless was behaving weirdly on my Eras 300. It would work sporadically, or require the scrubbing trick to get it to play a song, and this happen every single time after an Atmos song would finish playing. I disabled the Spatial Audio feature from the settings, and now lossless works perfectly! This is still pretty annoying, because the reason I bought the Eras 300 was for the Atmos support. I hope they fix this issue soon.

Android SONOS app

Whenever I close the SONOS app on my android phone, I cannot get the app to open properly the next time I want to use it.  I keep getting the message “you need to update the app to use it properly.”  This is a massive pain in the ass and I was told today by the SONOS technical rep that this is a system wide issue and it will be resolved “as quickly as possible.”Is anyone else having this issue.  And did anyone just hear me scream “SONOS SUCKS?”

Change volume in background on new app

It seems the new app (on adroid at least) has removed the setting to be able to change the volume when not directly in the app (so cant use the buttons to change the volume when reading something on my phone, have to go back into the app to change the volume) anyone else

I don’t want to upgrade but some speakers wont work saying i need an upgrade

Hearing all the issues with the latest release and so don’t want to upgrade my system running 16.2, but my Sonos 5 v II needs to be upgraded to 16.2 from 16.1 for it to be part of my system. How to I to this without upgrading to the latest software.thx

New app doesn't recognize that I'm playing from Spotify

I just updated the new app.  I used to find music on Spotify, play on my Sonos system, and then in Sonos I could control volume.  Now Sonos won’t acknowledge that I am playing music from Spotify, instead still showing what was playing before.  Help please.

Sonos is terrible.  After 5 years it couldn't find my speaker, now I can't connect youtube music.  It just says no content.  Cust setv hold time has been over an hour all day.

Sonos five and move won't register

I’ve been dealing with this most of the day.I made the mistake of updating my sonos app.Now it won’t recognize my speakers - I’m trying to install my move and five.I’ve factory reset them and added them back again to the app.Now it says they’re not registered. I click on register and the “fix it” button does nothing.I’ve reset the app, re-installed the app, logged out and logged back in - none of those have made a difference.This is extremely frustrating. Things were working just fine and with the new update, it’s all messed up.I’ve been on hold with support for 45 minutes so far.Is there a fix to this? EDIT: my other speakers (beam and amp) are working fine so it’s not a wifi issue.

Forced upgrade forced me out of Sonos program on my old Windows 7 computer

the last forced upgrade does not work on Windows 7.  This old PC is just for running my music library and has worked up until now.  Then Sonos forces an upgrade and without warning I now have a useless system that will not play my music library.

Sonos App not fit for use

Upgraded S1 on my iPad this morning at 08.30 and just had to abandon it now at 11.04 as it does not allow Spotify connection. Speakers disappear. Constant log in requests to adjust speaker settings, can’t find how to group speakers into zones and in a nutshell a very backward move and definitely not an upgrade.my question is does anyone know if I can roll back the app to the previous release as now I can only use my iPhone with Sonos and definitely won’t be upgrading the app on any other devices. 👎👎

Whats playing next - or even playing now?

I'm 10 songs into a Spotify playlist, the  Sonos app refuses to let me see whats playing next or on the list at all.  The display has been stuck on the 2nd song, about 2 mins in.It goes like this…"Ooo, this is a good song, what is it" says the wife"Let me check" says I"No chance, you're not allowed to know that information" say Sonos App!

I ran the new app update on my iPhone and now my favorite Amazon playlist will only load in 100 songs. I still have the old app on my iPad and all my songs play with no issue. How can I make all my Amazon songs play in the new app?
