I'm going to update the WiFi password (due to some requirements of other products I own) and I want to change the WiFi-password on my Sonos system pro-actively beforehand (after reading about all the issues with changing WiFi settings; and I know my Sonos devices are not compatible with what's written here: https://support.sonos.com/en/article/connect-sonos-to-a-new-router-or-wi-fi-network).Any way of doing that?

Hello 👋🏼 since the new app upgrade I’ve lost all of my radio stations they’ve disappeared! Very disappointed with Sonos as my speakers are now redundant ☹️. Does anyone know how I can get the stations back please? Mainly all stations within Ibiza Sonica, Ibiza Global radio, Blue Marlin Ibiza and Deep House Radio. Seems like Sonos gets more difficult to use every time it’s updated, seriously considering getting rid and going elsewhere. TIA

Hey everyoneI have linked my gmail account to SONO's. Problem is no playlists or any music comes up - i think becuase i have a youtube profile, within my gmail account, and SONO’s is pulling data from my gmail account, but not the youtube profile, if that makes sense. Within my Gmail account I have a youtube profile. When I open SONO's to play yotube music it pulls my gmail account, because that's the email that it is registered to, but doesn't pull my youtube profile associated with the account, thus no music/playlists are available. I can't figure out how to move my youtube profile back in to my gmail account. I cant figure out how to load my youtube account in sonos.I am going to get YouTube Premium, because i have a lot of saved music and playlists on youtube, but want to make sure this works first.

I can't see my own MP3 music files in the Apple Music App in SONOS browse. I want to listen to my own MP3s and I believe it should be through the Apple Music App?

Just bought a Sonos Move brand new (on sale clearing out old stock). Unbox and plug it in per instructions, download app and run through setup then says setup is complete.The app then says it found the speaker then says to needs to update. Everything to this point seems like it’s working, but then gives an error updating: “There was a problem checking for updates” no error codes or anything just that with a ‘try again’ button.I click try again then it comes back with “We couldn’t update your Sonos Move. Check you network connection and try again later.My network connection is fine, I’m a network engineer, everything else on the network works perfectly, but I know that sometime things get stuck and need a reboot to work sometimes. I reboot everything, reset everything, remove app and reload it, run through the entire process again and same deal. There’s no option to do anything else, I’m stuck in a loop with a worthless brick. The only available button in the app is ’start update” which

I have read several topics about the issue but…I can play playlists created with previous versions of the app from my Nas, with the new app update.I have now no possibility to create new lists, add to existing, update library or select and play music from Nas. I can only add services like radio and other streaming sources.Since I can play music (old playlists) from my Nas, The Nas setup is correct and working, or?Why is all the media library functionality gone?

how did the app get so bad?  can anybody tell me how to delete a song from the queue?  and how can i sort albums under the artist?

3 days ago SiriusXM Canada stopped streaming -- “unable to play station” comes up.I revoved the service and tried to add it again and the message “A connection to SiriusXM Canada could not be made” comes up.Sonos issue?I was able to add SiriusXM (US).

Why does all audio services Amazon, apple, Spotify Sonos, etc. constantly skip EXCEPT Pandora. It plays flawlessly. I’ve followed other articles on steps to follow. Same results. I had a Boost and took it out, directly connected to a speaker. Love the system. Had this for years without issues. Now I just want to punch someone in the nose. 🤣. 

My Sonos Desktop app for Mac recently stopped recognizing my Sonos system. Since this has happened previously, I just uninstalled the app, reinstalled a new version, but nothing changed. I thought it might be from the most recent Mac OS update, but I don’t believe that’s the case. That said, my Sonos iPhone app still works. Any help troubleshooting would be appreciated. Here is what the Desktop app looks like while music is playing via the iPhone app:

Will Sonos buy back my £3,000 of kit now I can't load up my PC music libarary?The ‘phone service simply said ‘the technical team will have fixed this soon’ ...they haven't after a weekThe new app appears to be a disaster!  

This is what I get after uninstalling app and reinstalling. I can see and run everything from iMac but not Android. Support is appalling and chat line blinks between not there,unavailable and unhelpful. Utterrly dreadful. Possibly the worst i have experienced with any organization. Then the second image when i click to join existing system. 

Hi since installing the new app I am having continuous issues with playing same music in different rooms and each time I go to apply each it stops playing on all of them I have an Arc set up with 2 rear play1 and in the other room I have A play bar and a One I only use Youtube and radio or TV also a roam for outside 

Hello - I have a Sonos network in my main home and am now trying to add a Ray to my holiday home which hasn't got a Sonos network yet. Ive gone through the setup process and it connects to wifi network in holiday home but when it says check for updates, I immediately get the error 1101 saying unable to check for updates. The app then seems to lose the Ray and I have to go through the process again.Tried a few things and the wifi is strong so not sure why this is happening. Any ideas welcome. thanks

The recently played list does not allow deleting or clearing of an individual album from the list. It keeps saying “something went wrong”. Only option is to delete the entire list. 

After all those years and so many asked for it, should be there already!As a grandfather now who is having two new ones to sleep home frequently, this is not a nice to have!It is a must have!Otherwise, it is forgotten for days afterward!Customers are getting older you know! Pressing on the moon button to activate should have a On and a 12 hours option right there. Thanks for finally do it!

I can’t add Deezer account on Sonos app  I tried several times.    

Since the new app update, my Sonos Era 300 will not complete the setup process. I have tried connecting it to 4 different WiFi networks and creating a new Sonos account to change ownership of the speaker, but nothing is working. I contacted Sonos support and they told me it was a WiFi issue since I was using a public WiFi network at my university. I have tested this theory and found that this is no longer the case. I have used private and public WiFi networks to set up this speaker and none of them have worked. I have reset the speaker about 20 times trying to solve this issue and nothing is working still. I had the speaker connected before the new app update to my public WiFi network and now it is no longer working. Is there any fix to this? I know some people have had positive results with changing the security protocol of the WiFi network, but I can not do this since it is a public network. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Or if it is an app issue, does anyone know when this

I've got an android phone (pixel) and the app CONSTANTLY forgets my system. I open the app, my speakers are gone, it can't find them on the same Wi-Fi net. I then have to reinstall the app and sometimes it still won't find it. Left in this config for a day sometimes it magically reappears. Please fix this bug. It's pretty frustrating.

Well that’s what it feels like to me.Someone had to post this just to see if it gets taken down.

The Sonos app on my iPhone worked before the update. It now sees my wifi but doesn’t see my system and won’t let me add speakers. Airplay works though. As does the Sonos app on my laptop. Deleting and reinstalling the app did nothing. Anyone have any ideas?

The app keeps muting the playbar. It is very frustrating. Started happening a couple of weeks ago. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Hello, the new version of Sonos for Mac (downloaded today) removed local music library access in SONOS. Trying to add music library back returns  “Unable to the shared folder… to your music library (913)”, Trying the SMB workaround suggested in similar topics returns “Unable to add the shared folder "//MBPRO715E/Music" to your Music Library (1002)”. After many tries, I decided that I should not be supposed to change my mac system options and lower the security standard on my mac (SMB sharing opens mac firewall SMB incoming connections) to make the local music folder work as it used to. I read in another topic that error 913 was to be fixed by a future update,  any news on when the local music library problem will be fixed?Thanks  

I am a musician and I have a large library of music on my NAS Drive. If I can’t search that music through Sonos, I will have to stop using Sonos and thousands of musicians and music lovers like me will do the same. It’s entirely inappropriate that under this latest version, you’ve knocked out the ability to search anything other than channels that you control. Quite ridiculous in fact; commercially stupid and it will cost you a lot of customers.
