Updating the app on my phone brought back those options after Update-ageddon but they are still missing from my Samsung tablet. It's running Android 14 and UI 6 and 80.04.05 of the Sonos S2 app.

Because the Sonos update method is flaky and the new app is a buggy POS.
Try deleting the app and reinstalling.
If you have ad blocking like a pi hole you may need to disable that while installing or use a dns like 1.1.1.1 temporarily. Or Whitelist *.cdn.optimizely.com
