Where is the link to get the old sonos S2 app installed using apkmirror? I need to do a downgrade with a One (Gen 2). I will be using my sister’s Android tablet for this.

I noticed that “Add to End of Queue” now appears in the context menu when browsing my music library, along with “Replace Queue”.  However. selecting “Add to End...” always fails and displays the message, “”Unable to add to end of queue”.  Note that “Replace Queue” does seem to work properly with my music library. On another note, editing my home screen to remove “Pinned Collections” that were created in the old controller are only temporarily deleted when I edit the home screen.  Closing the app and reopening it restore these collections (which are all podcasts).I wanted to make sure these were documented as a bugs, and not considered fixed.  I’m on controller version 80.04.05-release+20240702

Qobuz “playlists” section no longer shows chosen playlists. It’s just blank in the new app. 

I was a very early adopter and champion of Sonos. I’ve always loved the industrial design of the hardware, the ease of use from setup to daily use and the integration strength. I’ve got a house full of your products including two full home theaters and zones in almost every room. Your recent app updates have made things slower, harder to use and removed (or broke) key features. I’m an early adopter and willing to take some usability pain, but never felt I had to with Sonos.Ease of use was so strong with Sonos that for years, I’ve been buying my older parents Sonos equipment because of how much my Mom loves music. In my recent trip to see them over the 4th, they were at a loss with the most recent app usability. When playing music through the app with Spotify as the provider, the music is frequently jumping and skipping.Very similar sound to a CD that is badly scratched.No response through the app also to move the track forward, the queue was showing as empty and no music found.

While trying to setup a new Sonos Amp in the new app, it won't register.  Then, you go to settings to manually register, and the app crashes….every time. App is current version and iphone running on latest IOS. This new app is absolutely horrible.  You made unnecessary changes to an app that was already easy to use and show customers how to use.  Completely unnecessary to overhaul this like they did.  If you want to give it a cosmetic refresh - fine, but this is just horrible.

I’ve had the Sonos Beam for 2 years and I love it. The Sonos app however has become a complete joke! Once you figure it out, they change it! Do the people at Sonos have ADHD?!? Can you either leave it alone or come out with an app that actually works and is easy to use?!I use the Sonos Beam for music using Sirius and with the latest app it’s very slow to load, gets stuck when trying to shut off. This latest version is AWFUL! Stop screwing around with it!

Missing the button. Cannot add stations or music. Where did it go? And yes... I have the most updated version

I've got my system up to date and using the newest iPhone app and I have an Arc soundbar.The problem I have is that the balance slider on the app doesn't do anything; when I'm listening to stereo audio it doesn't matter which way I move the slide it doesn't change the audio output at all i I need the balance to work because the left side of my Arc is very close to a wall and the right is far; even after Trueplay tuning, the audio sounds about 30% to 40% louder on the left than right and I can't fix it because the balance feature in the app doesn't work please help 

I’ve received a message in my recently updated mobile controller app (iphone13) that some of the content has failed to load and to go to settings on phone. iPhone settings appear fine. Tried powering phone on and off. 

So Relisten is showing up completely blank in the app.  No band names appearing, and although there is a search bar, the search function does not apply to Relisten.  Any ideas?  Mods could you put a ticket in for this for a bug fix?  Screen shot below.  

Unfortunately, the integration of Deezer is still fundamentally broken in the new app. This is particularly bad when trying to play “top tracks” for an artist: Search for and click on artist brings up the artist page. Going into “top tracks” there is no way to start the full play list. You can only start individual songs after which playback stops. Each page in the flow also takes seconds to loadThe new app broke a lot of functionality, but seeing how even such basic functionality is broken for weeks is incredibly disappointing. This is not Deezer’s fault - things were working before the new software version. This is Sonos pushing an unfinished app. When can we expect this to be fixed?  

I have used Deezer for several years through Sonos but recently when trying to load Deezer through the Sonos app - it wont connect. I get an error message “something went wrong, try again later” I have disconnected Deezer and tried re-connecting via the Sonos app - same error message.

I’m trying to manage my account and it keeps saying I need to sign in as account owner? 

Really trying to understand if I'm doing something wrong here. But before I updated to the new Sonos app, I had absolutely no problems until now.  The new Sonos app completely broke the subwoofer on/off & subwoofer volume control I had for my Sonos Amp. Luckily my subwoofer has a lot of controls on it and I'm able to adjust the volume and the phase control directly on the subwoofer, but I absolutely need to have the ability to control that important function on the app.  Does anyone else have an issue controlling the on/off and volume control of your subwoofer connected to the Sonos Amp?  

My wife has an existing Sonos account. She deleted her app and wanted to re-install it now. When opening the app to re-connect she cannot approve the terms & conditions? What does she have to do?
