I can’t control anything on the new app. Appalling delays in starting, moving on tracks, adjusting the volume or stopping the music. It’s a disaster. The old app was much better at these tasks. What have done?

Apologies for the delay in responding to your post and I’m sorry to hear of the issues you have been experiencing. While there have indeed been some technical issues with the new Sonos App, the issues you report are not something which all customers are experiencing, as such in order to investigate and hopefully resolve this for you I would recommend reaching out to our technical support who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports. 


Ok thanks, I’ll try that. This has only been a problem since the update, however.
