 I cannot get past "Access to shared Folder is denied……

Was on the phone with Sonos but when we became disconnected, they didn't call back.

I've used Sonos for over ten years but this is a new annoyance.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you encountered when trying to access your music. I see from looking at our system that you had a call with one of our Level 2 agents following the interrupted call you mentioned. Hopefully the support provided allowed you to access your music once again, but please let me know if there are any further issues.
