I’ve recently moved house and changed WiFi networks.  I’ve followed all the steps in resetting the 3 speakers I have and connecting them to the app - the app confirms every time I’ve tried that they’re now connected, plays the chimes etc etc. Also when deleting the app and reinstalling to see if it would work it identified all my speakers on the network when signing in. However, I still can’t view ANY of my devices on the app, it still shows as ‘No products found’ even after it’s just confirmed they’ve been added… I’ve tried resetting the WiFi, deleting and re downloading the app, factory resetting all the devices again and still at a loss. Tried support chat but nobody is available and nobody is answering the phone lines.  If anyone could please help that’s maybe had this issue before 🙏🏻

There are a lot of post claiming that Android is having severe issues with the Sonos app. Granted there was a bug that caused the app to crash on Android (approximately 2-3 weeks ago). That appears to have been fixed. I’m an iOS user (iPhone 15 ProMax) however, I wanted to experience the Sonos app first hand in Android so I purchased a Galaxy Tab A9 plus 11-inch 2024 model. It a relatively inexpensive model compared to other Android and iPAD tablets and/or devices. My iOS is running 17.6.1 and Android is on Version 14. The Sonos App is 80.06.03 and 80.06.04 respectively.My iOS device and Android devices both mirror the same in the Sonos app. It doesn’t matter on which device I make a change; the mirroring is not lost.  

After returning to house having been away for 4 days all my music services are gone! They are grayed out and non functional. Tried to add Apple, Prime and Sirius and in every case it won’t work…says try again!! Any idea what is wrong now with this crappy app??

Apologies as I’m sure this is already widely complained about and discussed. Since the major app update my volume control on my app has been hopeless. Is there anything I can do to improve things as my multiroom system has become almost unusable.

Since software update, I can’t search my library by first letter or name on the app…. When I list albums, compilation albums have the album title listed for each individual songs, so have the album over and over listed, making a very long scroll list. I long for a search button. 

The latest Sonos iPhone app update (80.06.03) and the latest Sonos IPad app (in landscape mode) has an issue with an “overhang” of the “Search Music Library” box on top of the “Folders” button.When I go to “Music Library” and then scroll down to “Folders” you can observe from the screenshot (from an Iphone 14 Pro Max) above that a “Search Music Library” button now overhangs the “Folders” tab. So if I try to click on “Folders” to navigate to my various music folders, it instead opens up the “Search Music Library” window.Sonos needs to space this out correctly and leave some room between the two buttons.

I have 8 rooms grouped together. When I want to adjust the sound volume in any particular room I need the volume adjustment to stay up longer than 2 seconds so that my eyes can fine the correct room annd adjust the slider. It’s frustrating chasing after the dialogue as it closes prematurely. Sort of feels like whack-a-mole.

Hi,Out of nowhere my Sonos system is down. The app cant find any of the devices and trying with finding them with Bluetooth doesnt work.Just pressing play on a device works but nothing else. Havent done any changes to the network which the app suggests.Anyone familiar with this issue?

Just moved into a new house, and had WiFi set up. I factory reset my sub, and ARC so, I could add them to my new WiFi. They add, but then don’t show up in the app. 

HiEver since updating to the new app search hasn’t been working. Get an error each time where I am prompted to check services. What is wrong?

I couldn’t get Sonos to stop playing pandora. After unplugging everything it would resume pandora even though I had paused on the app. I deleted Sonos and pandora apps to get it to stop.  After reloading the Sonos app, it can’t find my products , even though when you first go to settings you see all my products for about 1 second until it says no products found.   I could not get it load, said it was not compatible with sonos2. I reloaded original Sonos 1 app. It only loaded one product, a gen 1 play 5. Then, it told me that my play 1s are not compatible with Sonos 1. This after Sonos 2 told me not compatible.  Long and short, I only have one of eight products that will successfully pair with the system, though all will let me go through the green light/ orange light/ switch to Sonos temp WiFi , then says not compatible. Crazy part, if I go to pandora that I had to reload , it has every speaker available to me EXCEPT the play 5 that Sonos let me load. I can only use them with pandora a

I have era 300 speakers, the Sonos cable for connecting a record player, and a record player with built in speakers (and therefore a pre-amp). When I connect the line out from the record player to the era 300 via the Sonos cable, I get no sound and I can’t find the line-out option in the app. My only source is showing as TV. What am I doing wrong? My era 300s are set up as surrounds rather than a stereo pair if that helps.thanks, Andy

I can play music through my Sonos via Airplay just fine as long as I’m using Apple Music or SoundCloud. But if I want to play something off my iPhone like a video from my photos app or a video from tik tok nothing comes out of the Sonos. I’m using Sonos One and Play:1 speakers. 

It is Aug 21, 2024. Since May I lost the PLAY button for a any folder or album. I inquired previously and the chat tech stated this would be fixed in an update. This problem persists after two updates since my inquiry. Is the issue going to be addressed soon? If I want to play music in a folder or album it can only be done using the app on my pc but not on my android phone or tablet. On my phone or tablet I can only play one track at a time.Also, as noted by many others, I have not been successful adding my music library to sonos. I followed sonos directions and tried many suggested approaches without success. These are basic functions for any music player. A big investment in speakers throughout my home and there is no way to play my music.

Brand new user to Sonos. Downloaded the Sonos App to iPhone but was unable to use, as the button to accept terms of use button is greyed out. Have then downloaded Sonos App to iPad and been able to accept terms of use there and get started using new Sonos Roam. This is not ideal as wish to be able to use Sonos Roam when out of range of Wi-Fi in garden. Can anyone suggest fix to get the Sonos App working on iPhone so I can actually roam using my speaker. I have already checked/tried:Checking I am on latest version of IOS  Updating App by deleting and reinstalling  Deleting App rebooting iphone and reinstalling App 

When will this be rectified? Its incredibly frustrating to know this is a no brainier rollback situation. The new app was obviously not tested correctly and is a major downgrade for usability and customer experience. Based on the feedback being received in this forum the question is When will this be fixed?

Sonos won’t access my music apps. How do I fix it?

Why is this not native functionality in Sonos? Now that you have removed Tunein and replaced with Tunein (new), preroll ads are playing before streams that have zero advertising. Oh and the migrated original Tunein links no longer work via the very buggy play.sonos.com which is determined to play on the wrong speaker, is unable to understand local groupings and laggy as  

I’ve had enough. I’ve been a loyal customer of Sonos for many years, but the latest app has turned a rock solid product into a beta product.Reliability is now intolerable. Dropped songs. Dropping Atmos tracks half way through. Not being able to add albums, it’s a shocking, shocking state of affairs. How can a global, well respected company do this to its customers???? I have had enough. These speakers are now paperweights. I will invest in some other technology. These speakers are now only good for the trash can. 

When I open Spotify on my iPad and select aSonos speaker to playback music why does my iPhone and iPad seem to battle it out to control volume and selection The volume control is particularly annoying as it is a constant fight between the two of them!help please

I have a Sonos Play 5 (gen 1) and Sonos S1 app on a Samsung Galaxy S22 phone. Have been running into problems connecting to my system as it comes back as not being able to be found. At times, I’m able to connect wirelessly using the Windows Sonos S1 app but again I sometimes run into connectivity problems. Have gone through all of the normal troubleshooting steps to no avail. Had a Sonos tech on the phone yesterday and they finally suggested I have Optimum (my ISP whose modem/router only they can look at and change many of the router settings) verify some settings. Well, after Optimum botched things up to the point where I had no access, we were finally able to get my internet and wireless back on line supposedly with the recommended settings in play. However, Optimum suggested there might be a problem with the router and I should visit one of their stores to have it replaced. Problem is that I’m not seeing any issues with any other connected devices and their router is consistently se

Since moving to the new Sonos app I regularly get a message on my iPhone telling me that “wifi isn’t connected” when I try to use the app. Wifi however is connected and the system can be turned on through other phones (which also randomly get this problem at different times). The solution currently is to wait for a random length of time….. seconds to an hour….. before the app decides to connect me to my system. The previous app was rock solid for wifi connection. This app is really flakey. Does anyone have a solution or share this problem?
