We were promised a fix in September, what is the target date for a fix? This is really bad escape defect.  We have waited over 4 months!

Exactly what fix are you looking for? Alarams should have been been working in the new app for months now, according to Release notes for Sonos software updates | Sonos

We will still be “in September” for another 20 days…  I am a user like you, and so I can’t say for certain it will happen, I do think you need to be patient for a little bit longer.

I can set new alarms however I have a “ghost alarm” that appears on my iPhone as an alert that the old alarm is going off.  It does not show up on the updated app and does not cause an actual alarm. Anyway to disable this alert?

That seems odd. Have you tried power cycling both the Sonos devices, and the router?

Hmmm. And I’d be tempted, since the alert is showing on your iPhone, to kill the app, then reboot the iPhone, before restarting the app.

Or kill the alarm using the PC or Mac app.

The alarm being hidden in system settings is beyond annoying. Clicking through to alarms every single night before I go to bed is a f’ng chore (because what kind of crazy military lifestyle do people live where they get up at the same time?!?)

… that isn’t the worst though … because in the last couple of weeks, I am now forced to log in to my Sonos account every time I have to access the system settings (to set my alarm)
