i’ve spent the last 2,5 hours trying to get apple music working inside of the sonos app (i’ll leave the new app with all it’s flaws for another day). with how difficult it is to get it to work i feel it’s actively trying to prevent from using apple music inside of the sonos app, there’s no other way to conclude. everytime i try to sign in it downright refuses to get the authorization in. Everything from changing the DNS to rebooting router, the sonos system itself, trying an android device and the thought of factory resetting my entire account has driven me to the forum. i’m out of suggestions for what i could try. at what time frame can we expect somewhat of a usable state of the app and all features that used to exist? 

Same experience and conclusion. Have read that if I remove my Apple Music account completely and then re-add it, will work, but I’m not allowed to remove it either. Get errors each time I try to reauthorize, or deauthorize. Maddening. 


I’m curious what Sonos Support said, when you called in?
