Sorry to hear you’re not getting any audio when trying to use Airplay. When no sound is playing on your speakers, that could be from a few different reasons.
If you try a different Airplay source such as an iPhone or iPad, do you get sound on your speakers? Another test would be to try a music service directly from the Sonos App so we can verify if you can get any audio or if it’s just your Apple TV Airplay that is having issues with your speakers.
Since Airplay uses your Wi-Fi network, you’ll want to make sure you meet our system requirements. If you can also provide network details such as your router’s make and model, as well as any additional networking equipment, then I or other community users can offer some suggestions for your network.
If you haven’t already, a good troubleshooting step would be to restart your router, Sonos system, and Apple TV by powering them of for one to two minutes. Hopefully a restart can help, but if not, then let me know the results of the above tests.
