Ever since this new update, Sonos is impossible to work with this new stupid app. Why was it changed? It worked, so you hired somebody to break what was working. Go work for the government because you suck at what you do.

Well it’s not ‘impossible’, as the App works fine with my Home setup and I’m not the only one here in the community that has little, or no issues, with the new Sonos App.
If you’re having difficulties with the App and you have not taken steps to contact Sonos Staff, then you are perhaps best to reproduce the issue(s) seen and then immediately submit a Sonos system diagnostic report from within the Sonos App, note it’s reference and contact/chat with Sonos Support Staff via this LINK and see what the Staff can perhaps suggest to help you to resolve the matter.
