Does anyone encouter the issue that the volume suddenly becomes silent when using Sonos App plays Apple Music? sometimes the volume may even surge to the maximum. It seems that I started to have this kind of issue as recently as IOS 18 is launched.

My system is arc, sub mini and era 300s. 

However, there is no issue when playing Apple Music in my another system: sonos ones

Anyone knows why? thanks

I’m not experiencing this but then again I’m using an android phone to control my Sonos system.

It is also weird that it’s happening to your Home Theater setup but not your Sonos Ones.

I would recommend, the next time it happens, Submit Diagnostics within 10 minutes and reach out to our Support Team for some live troubleshooting.

They have tools at their disposal to provide you with information about your system and what it reports.
