Good afternoonI’ve recently purchased the ARC, Sub (gen 3) and Move and have discovered that you only support 24bit streaming up to 44,000hz or 48,000hz. I have a lot of music that’s in 88,000hz, 96,000hz or 192,000hz (.flac container format) and I can see that this isn’t supported!This is real shame and I’m sure many other customers will feel the same? It would be great if your developers could implement this as soon as possible via a support update?

When I went to remove the Google Play service using the Sonos Windows app, I was prompted for my Sonos credentials. A few questions follow:-Why am I required to authenticate to Sonos to change a local configuration?-Is Sonos storing my services configurations in their cloud? If so, how do I opt-out or disable this?-How do I sign out of the Sonos Windows app?Thx

Hi. After a NAS drive failure I have a new Synology DS120. Easoly visible on network but I cannot get Sonos to find it. On PC i ger acWindows security pop up which I cannot progress beyond and on the app I need to write in the address (browse dors not serm ti be an option). I run S1 system. Is this a Sonos, Synology or network problem?

Hi,I would suggest small, but very handy feature: possibility to minimize the Sonos control app into the system tray (Windows). The app is a great music player and it is a pity that it cannot be minimized into the tray to be easily accessible to control music and speakers around. That would be awesome! Best regards.

Since S2 added groups it would be great to add groups in the list of speakers while creating an alarm. I want to select a custom group of speakers that are different than the group I was using during the day.  it looks like under Alarm Settings right under “Rooms” you could add “Groups” and there I would find my custom groups. seems simple enough

The Move has Auto TruPlay, which is great for us Android peasants. I recently got an Arc with some Ones and a Sub, and even borrowed an iPod Touch to try to TruPlay that setup, but the iPod isn't supported yet :( Wah wah. My question is... if the Arc and One and Beam etc all have microphones, why can't they be Auto TruPlay themselves like the Move, or like a bunch of other smart home speakers? The excuse for Android devices is that there is no common microphone spec between them, but surely Sonos knows their own devices' microphones...? 

Hi everyone, Can I use both S1 & S2 app to control my audio.Anytime when I trying to use S1 app. It direct me to "More option page" and reset app.…Because I have some products not compatible with S2 Thanks

Hi there! I have reported this as a potential bug, but I wanted to see if anyone else has noticed this. Ever since upgrading to S2, my iOS controller will not stay connected if the Sonos app is force closed.  To reconnect the app, I have to reset the app and join existing system. As long as the Sonos app is not forced closed, all is well.  As soon as it’s force closed...issue.  I did not have this issue with S1.  I have performed the troubleshooting steps which lead me to this observation.  It’s been a few days now with no issues since leaving the app open. Thank you for any insight provided.

Hey there, hoping someone can help me out with this question. I have two Sonos groups in my house, one stereo pair of Ones (right and left), and another surround group (Beam + two surround Ones - R and L + sub).  Anyone know if there is a convention as to which Sonos speaker should/does become the group coordinator (for example, when both the stereo pair and surround groups are grouped together into one overall group)? It seems most likely that in the case of the surround group, the Beam would become the coordinator (though I can’t find any documentation to confirm this). The case of the stereo pair is less intuitive though - which one becomes coordinator, the left or the right? Is it randomly determined, determined based on alphabetical/numerical order of the device UDN, or always the R or L by default? Thanks in advance!

Have my music library on mycloud pr4100 nas drive and has been stable for years but WD release a firmware upgrade for mycloud pr4100 to ver 5 and now my music library cannot be found in sonos controller app on ios. Tried deleting music library from app and now every time I try to add a new share/ library in app I get the message “unable to add add music share to your music library 900, there is over 500gb of space available on nas drive, No permission have changed on shares everything is as it was, tried everything with my limited knowledge can any help?Submitted sonos diagnostics no 637465581

What is it with you guys? Outside of your speakers, you can’t seem to do anything right. Even your cookie notice doesn’t work the way it says. The verbiage says IF you accept then… but there’s no way not to accept. There’s no law that says I have to have them and I already paid exorbitantly for your hardware. I don’t want your damn cookies! i don’t want you in my life. I just want plumbing that controls the speakers   Next: why can’t I just delete everything and start over? Are you so arrogant you believe you can’t get it wrong? Or do you just not care?    Next: why can’t I get out of your stupid useless beta program without having to get your engineer on the phone only during business hours when I’m supposed to be working??  Your beta testing is nothing more than more dumb decisions on your part to remove us from being able to control these inexplicably expensive speakers the way we want to and to give you more control to force your selfish inane decisions on us

Hi,I got the new iPad Air 4 and was dismayed to learn that Trueplay is not supported on it yet. Additionally, the web site makes no mention of it being planned for future support: https://support.sonos.com/s/article/3222?language=en_USVery disappointed to see this. The fact that owners of Sonos products are unable to get the best possible audio quality without an Apple device is already pretty bad, but the large backlog of older devices still not supported and complete lack of mention of new devices is not acceptable.Can someone from Sonos please reply and assure us that this device support is coming promptly? I would appreciate an ETA.Thanks!

HiI really like the jazz groove and wound like to donate to them so that I can get all their channels. But they are based in the US and the jazz groove is only added to sonos in the US.How can I listen to the jazz groove on the sonos app here in Australia?

I’ve used this Sonos speaker previously with the Android app but now I’m unable to connect to it unless I enable location services. Could anyone help explain why? This used to work great but I never had to use this before. Is this new and I don’t remember enabling this before or did the app used to work without this?

Gone fron this house for about 8 months due to Corona.  Now back, updated all my devices, and my phonen to S1.  Now, the Browse funtion won’t offer me music from my phone.  This 95% of what I listen to.

I’m using Youtube Music as my music provider. When I use the search functionality in the Sonos app I want to be able to start a radio from a given song in the song results. Currently I don’t have a way to do this and forces me to rely on playlists (I don’t do playlists, I want fully automated playlists based on my musical tastes and the song I’m asking to play) or cast from Google Play Music.

Hi,I’ve updated my controller today, now my Sonos Radio isn’t working and won’t reauthorise, Any ideas what I can do??? I’ve rebooted my PC and thats not worked…..

I've just bought a sony bravia kd55xh8096bu 55" TV. The remote is using Bluetooth and the playbar uses Ir. If i turn off the Bluetooth on the TV the remote will pair but then I can't use all the features of the remote like Google voice. Anyone found a way round this. So far the only option I can find is to buy the new ARC speaker at £799.Cheers in advance.

I understand you can set auto-updates on the Sonos mobile app. Why can’t you set auto-updates on the controller on your desktop and laptop apps?

Hello,Now that we are being forced by Google to switch from Google Play Music to YouTube Music, I noticed the following permissions requirements when linking YTM to Sonos:View and manage your videos and playlists View and manage your YouTube activity, including posting public comments.Questions: What exactly does Sonos do in terms of retaining my YTM playlist data? Is this sent back to the mothership and analyzed? I’m asking because I have many video playlists in YouTube that have nothing to do with music, but I actually consider them somewhat personal and sensitive.* Why the heck is Sonos asking to post public comments under my name, and to ‘manage’ my activity? What do they actually do? This permission seems to be very excessive and unrelated to the function of playing music. What do they do with this ability? Has Sonos ever ‘managed’ someone’s account or posted comment

Hi, every time I try to play something it says connection to Mixcloud lost. Can’t seem get Soundcloud to play anything now. Sonos system then selects its own music which continues to loop in connection lost. When it eventually plays a mix it will last for about an hour and then just switch to something else. (2 x Play 1, play 3 and bridge).

Hi guys , I recently bought sonos playbar for my lg tv. It connects perfectly with tv but when i trying to use or play music through airplay streaming i could not find my sonos playbar. So not able to listen music with apple airplay because its not showing my playbar . I think sonos playbar not supportapple airplay. Can you fix this issue .
