Hi, my Sonos connect fades out randomly for a few seconds playing any music source. One can hear the music still playing very faintly in the background. It also soemtimes gives a slight scratching sounds as it fades out or comes back in. Any ideas?
My Sonos 5 still plays radio OK. But when I select a music track or an album from my PC, Sonos now just plays the first few seconds of a track, pauses for a few seconds, then plays a few seconds of the next track. And on and on…. All was ok until a few days ago!Can anyone help?
I have the 1st gen systems, just upgraded to the Boost hoping that would resolve the static coming from the playbar. When playing music there is static for the first 7 seconds then music continues like normal. This issue is not happening on play 5. I’ve disconnected playbar’s power for 30 seconds. I’ve reset my app. None of that has helped.
A friend asked me to repair the ac connector that snapped off on his Sonos AMP. I am USUALLY pretty adept at learning how to take something apart, but wow………..this thing is a beast. Looks like there were attempts made before me too. Easy fix, just need some assistance in how to get it open.Thank you
Hello, Sonos has started to fail to connect to my Plex acciunt (which is working fine elsewhere). I submitted diagnostics, ref. 867363966. Many thanks,Ben
Hi guys,Help desperately needed - I purchased a SONOS network for use in our new business.Problem is we rent the space and only have access to Guest WiFi - the SONOS speakers cannot see each other on this network. Therefore I bought a Connect to add to the four ONE SLs and Sub (gen2).I thought that I could set up a “local” mesh network using the Connect and play the other speakers through it but how do I do this (and is it possible)?I have been told that i can get a Bluetooth transceiver and use this to make the Connect work butwhat is this and what do I connect it to? is is a temporary or permanent solution? can I set up the system using my home WIFI network and transport everything to my place of work (where it will work without WiFI?) Can I use an old router to set up a WIFI network even though it isnt connected to the internet and set up SONOS through that? Any other ideas about how I can get this to work? Many thanks in advance - If I can’t solve this I will likely return all the sp

I can’t register my Sonos move. Tried all the tips in setup
I have three Sonos speakers all paired. One has stopped playing. Other two are fine. I have unplugged and the plugged back in. This speaker is probably 6 years old or even older, I am not exactly sure when I got them. Any suggestions?
One of my speakers ended up (Sonos one) in a bathtub for less than a minute. I hit it with the blow dryer. It seems to be fine, but should I soak it in rice? Any other advice?
Hello, I have been using Sonos for a while and have no problems with the beam, sub and 2x Play:1, working as a set connected to my TV. All running via wireless. I recently purchased the Sonos Move and a new Sonos One (Gen2). The Sonos move is having no problems and is rock solid so far. This is also connected via wireless. But the new Sonos One randomly disconnects and the status light will blink white for a few minutes before reconnecting. I initially thought I received a defective one and I returned it to Amazon and got a new replacement. But the new replacement is doing the same. With the music playing, it will all of a sudden stop. When music stops, I launch the Sonos app and do not even see the device on my device list. Or sometimes while at night with nothing playing, I will notice the white status light start blinking suddenly. The Play One is placed within line of sight of the wireless access point (7-8 feet away). I am using Linksys Velop MX10 mesh network. I do not believ
We have several connect products, all of which register on the Sonos app and show that they are playing music. However, one connect doesn’t generate any sound, but all the other products do play music. We’ve unplugged/replugged the silent connect. Checked mute and volume. Still not working. Any ideas on how to fix.
Please see diagnostic uploads 1206135147 & 881107557. Changing speaker group can take minutes -- very slow and unresponsive. No issues with music stream. This is a relatively new issue (several weeks or months). I say relatively new because I've had sonos for many years and never had these issues. There have been no changes to my network and all other devices on my network without issue. I've rebooted all 14 devices and taken down / restarted my network. Network test / speed test looks reasonable (10Mbps - 20Mbps for sonos devices). Side note, I tried to contact tech support from app and rhe only option was chat, forum or phone call -- else I would have emailed tech support. Would be nice if submitting a diagnostic upload created a ticket and an email. Thanks
Upgrading a device breaks your Sonos! Upgraded a Connect unit in a stable Sonos s1 setup on a path to s2 and purchased a move. The connect drives the Sonos network now all I get is drop outs and connection issues.submitted a Sonos diagnosis and nothing wrong! Last Sonos systems change was a pair of ones 3 year’s ago! evey 10-30 minutes of play the whole thing freezes and drops! What do I do!
Hi, my Move fails to connect to my existing system, my system is quite old & still uses a bridge but still works ok generally. The setup routine finds my Move but hangs when the “accessory setup” button appears. Nothing further happens when this is pressed.
Everytime Outlook is running sonos tops playing when an new emial arrives. What can we done??
My playbar sound is echoing. Watching the sports and when the presenters talk over music or other sounds it really echos. When the background noise on tv is silent the speech is perfect and no echo from playbar. Tried tuning and play 1s which are in surround mode. Tv speakers are off
My audio guy put in a brand new Playbar connected to a Sony TV in March. for 8 months now they have been making changes to the sonos (Hard wired) settings, settings in the TV, and the network itself. The latest being they turned off the TV Autoplay. But the problem keeps happening. They have tried Apple Music, Amazon Music and Sonos radio. It can play for hours and then all of a sudden skip three or four times. Sometimes it skips 10-15 minutes in. In other words it’s random. It’s connected to the TV via fiber. The TV Audio output doesn’t seem to have the same issue. Also, if we unplug the fiber, it seems to not happen. I say it seems because I don’t trust Sonos. The audio guy even tried a second Sonos and the same issue happens. They think the TV “sends a signal” every so often that tries to take over the playbar audio. However, even turning off TV Autoplay the issue continues.
I have 2 Bose 251 outdoor speakers onnected to a Connect: AMP. For the couple years, I have noticed a static noise coming from my right speaker. I have since replaced all the speakers and wires, and the noise is still coming out of the right speaker? I have a run less than 40 ft and using 12 gauge outdoor speaker.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I’m trying to play the same source thru all three but I can’t get media room source into the two other rooms. All speakers work individually but when I want all speakers to play the media room I only get a hiss at top volume from the other rooms.
I own a Playbase, Soundbar, Sonos One, three Play:1, two Connects and I live in a 1,500 SF house with an Eero mesh network. I struggle all the time to have them work. I spent two hours yesterday had them all connected and then unplugged a Play:1 to move it; plugged it back in a three speakers dropped. This morning I only have two showing up again. I go through the “Find as missing product” and push the Play + Plus and it’ll flash orange until the “Searching for Product” finishes and then the blinking orange goes Solid white and the prompt is asking for Flashing Orange. I try connecting The speaker I work mainly through my phone for setups. I hook a speaker straight to the router and it won’t notice it (them). I try Altenrnative Set Ups as directed, nothing. I try the set up a Sonos WiFi when prompted to do so and it doesn’t appear in my Networks. I try a complete reset not the speakers and it’ll see the speaker but won’t allow it to set up; says it can’t connect. I’m so frustrated; I’v
