Hi!

My parents have a Sonos home theater system and have lost access to their account. The Sonos account was linked to a company email address but my dad retired in May and lost access to the email account. They also forgot their password to the Sonos account but because of the email change they have no way to recover the password. Now there is an issue with a speaker that requires a reset but they can’t access the rest of the speakers through the app which are on the old account. Is there a way to merge the account with the old or will we need to reset all speakers and add them to the new account?
