Speakers

Everyday I’m having to adjust the settings to all my rooms.   The base, treble and balance all go back to standard settings.  Plus the loudness & true play return back to off.  I’ve deleted and reinstalled the Sonos app but the problems is still there.   Can anyone help? 

I recently switched to Google Fiber and my Sonos devices are frequently dropping off the Wifi network. As a result, I need to reboot the router every time. Anyone know of a solution for this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can I connect my recently purchased secondhand sonos 5 gen 1 to my pair of play 1s that are running in the sonos app, of which I can't connect them to the sonos 1 app but will allow me to connect the sonos5, been at it ages, getting contradicting information saying I could downgrade my play 1s to the sonos 1 app,But with no success. Could someone please help me before I go mad.Regards Marko.0121 

Can’t connect my app and speakers in another house

Sonos chime plays each morning instead of my scheduled alarm…. Whichever radio station I change the alarm to; whichever music source I reprogram them to; even if I cancel the alarms, delete them, and recreate them, they sound the chime sound …. But connectivity is fine - I literally play the radio and then chime alarm sounds in the middle of the radio …. And immediately after I stop chime, the radio works…  this was never a problem before the app update……  Other alarms (timed turning on of the radio) work perfectly every day.   can you help me? 

Why is there a delay of up to 15 sec before the music starts playing when you choose a new tune after the new update? Very irritating. And once in a while the music stops a second. Only after update. 

Hi I'm trying to log into the app and I can't get past the Terms and Conditions. I have selected UK and then there's nothing after that and the screen will not progress. Can anyone help? 

The queue does not work (error). The current song shown is wrong. And adding to queue does not work reliably. I cannot add a whole album to the queue or get a whole album to play anymore.I am so tired of this garbage update, please roll it back now. 

SOLVEDAll my devices disappeared from the app after a power outage. They are blinking orange and the app wants me to completely start fresh, which was a nightmarish experience to begin with.UPDATE: Second try at rebooting router did the trick. Maybe useful for someone in a similar situation. If at first you don’t succeed…

I have spent several days trying to add 4 speakers to the system.  Upon setting up the first Era 100 the set up takes me through the audio pin, it connects to the local network successfully but then the speakers don’t show up.   We have tried to restore to factory settings, unplugged and re-plugged in, followed all the suggestions online.   When you try to call Sonos support, there is ALWAYS an hour wait.  No one ever answers. The chat option says no representatives are available. When I reset the location it tells me there is representatives available. But then I end up chatting with a Sonos Bot who does not understand the issue and not helping to resolve.  

When playing on a stereo setup, I cannot add a second stereo set as this breaks the stereo pairing of the first set (right channel goes silent)

Why can’t I group speakers anymore?? Since the update when I try to group speakers I get “unable to connect. Try again” this new update has broken so much, can I roll back?

Can you pair an Era 100 and Move 2 and set them to stereo? if so, How.

Since the new Sonos app, life is hell with my Sonos. Cannot get my old speaker connected. Tried everything I think. Tried calling and gave up after 90 minutes.It finds the speaker on my android phone app but then says it's lost connection. I've reset it, I've hard wired it.Anyone have any ideas

Still waiting for the promised RMA Email after several calls and chats.  This is not a good service. Since one week I am in contact with Sonos. 

My Sonos ARC was updated today and since the update the sound cuts out (not small drops, full drop).  The App shows it is receiving a signal and the volume can be raised and lowered.  The problem is nothing is coming out of the speaker.  The TV shows it connected, and the ARC shows a connection.It is using 80.00.05-release+20240510.78d060bNot sure what else to do??? 

Right out of the box, first my Beam Gen 2 was found by the app but it couldn’t connect to my WiFi. Then the app stopped being able to find it at all. I did a factory reset of the Beam. 

I have loved our Move, but tonight around 2 hours playing time and the battery light is flashing. We keep it on the cradle so iit should be fully charged and last for hours longer. Has something changed? Any recommendations to fix?

I keep updating my Sonos products successfully and then I keep missing them completely from the list of products, empty.Repeated 4 times. Frustrated 4 times.

I bought a secondhand Sonos one and I have tried updating it, but it will not connect to the temporary Wi-Fi network that they have set up therefore, I cannot connected to my Wi-Fi

Hi, Im about to buy two Sonos Five to make a stereo pair. I’m just wondering where to place them. The room is quite large. I’ve attached a video. Hi I have recently update our router and cannot find the Ethernet cable for my Play 1 Sonos meaning I can’t get it to reconnect. Trying to do the connection via tge app doesn’t seem to work.Can anyone tell me what type of Ethernet cable I need to get please? I’m in the UK.Thank you. 

My products are added to my profile, but at the top of the profile in the app it says “not connected”. My phone is connected to the wifi, as is each product. But it seems my overall Sonos system is not… please help 

Hello,I had problems with my Sonos system so I reset the speakers, deleted the Sonos app and reinstalled it. I have added my Play 5 gen 2, my Sub and my playbar and it works fine. What does not work anymore is that it is not possible to adjust the volume on the playbar with the TV's remote control. It has always worked before. Playbar and TV are connected with optical audio cable. It works to regulate the volume with the Sonos app on the phone, but it is far too cumbersome. Can someone help me? Best / Frederick

Totally new to Sonos.. Had a ROAM supplied with a new caravan today  Got it home to connect to the Internet and the app says I need to do an update.OK... Go to "update" and get a message saying problem checking for updates. I cannot go back to the main dashboard.I have uninstalled the app.I have rebooted the intenet/wifi/app/speaker I cannot use it at all as I can't get passed the update problem..
