Hi,

...I have 7 SONOS speakers: 4 Play:1, 1 Play:3, 1 Play:5 and 1 Arc. I connected a Technics turntable to the Play:5.

Everything has always worked very well. I applied the update in S2 last year, without any problem.

I did not want to apply the last big update of May 2024, seeing the catastrophic return of users, neither on my Mac, nor on my iPhone nor iPad.

TIME 1 - After this crappy update was made available, my system continued to work, with access to my Synology NAS, as it had for the last 5 years.

TIME 2 - In July, on my iPhone, I no longer have access to the settings and the SONOS application requires me to apply the update. Which I did not do.

TIME 3 - Early August, on my iPad, I no longer have access to the settings and the SONOS application requires me to apply the update. Which I did not do.

TIME 4 - Mid-August (today), I no longer have access to the settings on my Mac, the only possibility of streaming music on all my SONOS speakers is the SONOS application which requires me to apply the update. So I apply the update, BUT there is ONLY the Arc that allows me to stream music from my NAS. No possibility of choosing other speakers. In addition, impossible to specify the sound input of my Technics turntable.

WHO ARE THEY KIDING?

Forced and constrained, I updated the SONOS application on my iPad. The new interface is crap, twisted and very badly designed. And still no possibility of streaming music on all the speakers.

WHO ARE THEY KIDING?

I EXPECT QUICK AND EFFECTIVE SOLUTIONS.
