Recién ayer me llegó mi bocina sonos era 100 y en casa de un familiar logré vincularla para probarla, pero elimine ese sistema y en mi casa quise vincularla a mi sonos app y llegaba hasta la parte donde se le pone la contraseña del internet y me salía que se vinculó pero puede que no aparezca en mi sistema, me decía que desconecte de la corriente y conecte y con eso aparecería, pero lo hice muchas veces y hasta ahora no he logrado nada

Hi. I like to play music over my Move in the Kitchen. The trouble is, if the TV is turned on in the living room, audio goes there as well (Arc and surrounds), making those watching a movie rather angry. How can I stream to the Move alone, without having to select and then apply a destination as the new app would have me doI could bluetooth straight from my phone to the move, but I don’t want that. I want to stream from the wifi.Any help is appreciated.

My Sonos system is not working for three days now and Sonos support poor as always.

I can’t get soundbar on the app, my speaker shows but the soundbar has disappeared

I’ve spent thousands over the last few years on Sonos equipment, which decides to randomly stop working whenever it likes. Has anyone switched to a better product? Any recommendations?

While trying to connect a new play 1 it first requires a software upgrade, however the upgrade process fails

Every time i use Sonos and i pair it say its paired but i go to check and it says I haven’t paired it so i went to Sonos s1 to update it so it asks for my email i give it as soon as I finish it asks for it again

Hi everyone. I recently bought a Netgear Nighthawk CAX80 and am trying to set up a Play 3 as well as several Play 1 speakers with it. I did a factory reset on all my Sonos products and made sure they had the latest updates. Sonos apps are current as well on both Android and Iphone.I plugged my Play 3 into the Nighthawk via Ethernet. My phone (on wireless network via the same router) recognized it and set it up no problem. I can operate it as long as it is connected to Ethernet. But as soon as I disconnect cable the music stops, so clearly it is not connecting wirelessly.I went to “Manage Network” in the app, but as soon as I do that it instructs me to hold my phone next to the Sonos device so that it can recognize it. As best as I know, the Play speakers don’t have Bluetooth, so obviously this is futile.There doesn’t seem to be any way to access an actual network configuration over the app. What am I doing wrong? Shouldn’t the Play get all the necessary information to connect wirelessl

I have 5 Sonos speakers… a Sonos ARC and 4 Sonos ONEs. Everything has been fine the last few years with minimal problems.The other morning I woke and the system couldn’t be found and it wouldn’t connect through basic troubleshooting steps.I factory reset the speakers after the app said it cannot connect and they still wouldn’t connect.No changes have been made to my modem and router and this has been confirmed with my provider.I contacted Sonos support, and after waiting 35 minutes and talking for that also, all they did was run through everything I told them I already did.  Then, 5 hours later in the evening the system miraculously just shows up. I didn’t do anything.  That lasted for less than a day, now my 4 Sonos ONEs cannot connect yet the ARC is fine.  Again all troubleshooting steps have been followed. This seems to be so glitchy ever since the new app version came through. Never had any serious problems with the older version. I’m about done with these speakers at this point. P

Hi. Just installed era 300 to my system, first came to update software, after software updated. App not continues but give me diagnosis nr. I CAN NOT ACCESS.. Already talked to live agent yesterday and she gave up.Conclusion. After trying to connect new speakers the system is down completely 

I can't add, subtract existing speakers to music playing.  Speakers aren't identified. It's a nightmare.  Used to love Sonos, hate them now *Moderator Note: Modified title in accordance with the Community Code of Conduct.*

The new app will not allow me to set-up and update my Playbar or a Sonos 3. Any thoughts or updates coming to fix this? These speakers are now bricks. They were working perfect before the new app!

 There is a known unresolved issue with Sonos Roam SL.  After repeated resetting and retrying to connect, customer support has admitted that my product will not work in my system.  However, they will not accept a return since I bought it from BestBuy.  BestBuy will not accept the return since I am past 15 days. I am having difficulties reaching the proper person.  I have called many times but keep getting the response that Level 2 is “closed” (i.e. closed in the middle of the day) and that only Level 2 can help.  I am on hold 50 minutes each time I call. Each time Level 2 is “closed”.  They say they are going to send an email but I don’t get one.   I have even reached out using the “CEO response” but that is the same canned response each time.  No one addresses my issue.  At this point, I either want Sonos to send me a Roam 2 or refund my purchase price.  I am done with Sonos.  No more purchases from me.Any advice?  I have spent over 10 hours on this. 

I am at a total loss as to why the Sonos app is now worse than ever.I have 3x Play 5's, 2x Play 1's, a Playbar, an Amp and a Sub worth thousands of ££££ and now none of them will work or allow me to successfully set them up. Why??? This app is garbage. I hate the new look too. You say you’re preparing it for the future but watch out, you may not have one of you alienate your customer base, again. You made my earlier devices obsolete a few years ago and I thought I’ll stick with you, and so I had to replace them all And now this again. Hello, Why has my SONOS ONE SL WHITE suddenly stopped working? I purchased 4 of them at the same time in February 2023. Since then I’ve had 1 which has been playing up, I had to return 1 of them a month later as it was faulty and turning on ( I tried all the steps online about resetting ) and then received another one from JB-Hifi only to now find this one not powering on. The others work fine, drop out every not and then but still manageable.. Can anyone help? Not very happy with this purchase right now, It’s only lasted just over 12 months while my speaker I got from Kmart has lasted me well over that... Thank you!

I’ve just moved home with 3 products - 2x Play 1 and 1x One SL, but need to set up a new system. For some system, this is proving incredibly difficult and throwing up some strange issues along the way. First off, the app wouldn’t recognise any of the speakers. I performed a factory set on each and they have since managed to connect.Play 1 x2 - goes through the motions of setting up as a new system on the Sonos app, culminating in a message saying the products have been added but may not show up under system until they are unplugged and reconnected. Unplug, reconnect - no system found.One SL - doesn’t even go through the motions on the Sonos app, but on the old Sonos S1 app it will connect using the infinity button and then...nothing. No system shows up, no other products can be connected.Several hours and a conversation with Support later - I still can’t set up any products on a system.Anyone else experienced this? Any advice would be gratefully received, thank you! 

I own a play 5 gen 1 and recently bought another secondhand and it sounds completely different to mine. The only difference between them is one is white and the other is black.When I place them side by side the black one sounds great and the white sounds like one or both of the mids are missing. It makes me feel like my ears need to pop.Is there a way to test that mids are working?

have a play 1 and play 5 connected by wifi for years. recently sonos app reports no speakers are connected.  leaving the play 1 untouched, i connected the 5 via ethernet and it worked as did the 1 still on wifi.  by disconnecting the ethernet cable from the 5, the wifi connection on the 1 was lost.  how do we get both of these back on wifi?,

Planning an outdoor, covered patio. Any problem:1- using Beam sound bar since it is outdoors (dry but exposed to temps and humidity)2 - mounting the Beam above the TV using the advertised TV mount pointing up instead of down.Thank you.

I'm trying to add a speaker. When I open the app it says I first have to upgrade my products, tap start, then it comes back with "all products up to date", tap done, then it says I first have to upgrade my products... Etc and around and around. Its driving me crazy.

Can someone lend a hand?   I moved a few days ago and I've been trying to set up my Sonos play 1 and Sonos one 2nd gen.  I'm at wits end.  More factory resets than I can  say.  Things work great when I use the Ethernet to hard wire but who needs two speakers hardwired in a closet?!   The minute I move them, it asks me to set up a new network and then find new devices, do a factory reset and an update and then I get an error and we begin again.  What is happening?  Is it time to move to a new system?  I've never had such challenge with Sonos before.  

My IKEA symfonisk shows as connected to my wifi router but the Sonos app cannot find my product. Suggestions?
