When asked to play the radio I get no response from my Sonos one (gen2). When I ask Spotify to play music I get "sorry that device is off line". I have currently have the Sonos one hardwired to the hub as wifi also now not working. Tried so many things and going around in circles..😬

Are you using a Voice Assistant? If yes, which one (Sonos Voice Control, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant)?

In regards to the above, has there been any change to your Wi-Fi network? You might want to have a look on the following support page Connect Sonos to a new router or Wi-Fi network.
