Hello, I have just bought a Sonos Play 5 Gen 1 from a good seller on eBay. The speaker is in great condition ... but ... I can only set it up via ethernet connection and when I subsequently try to use by WiFi it can't find the network. I have factory reset twice but to no avail. Using ethernet is fine but I want the option to connect to WiFi. Any help and advice gratefully received. Thank you.

Check the wifi toggle is set to”enable wifi”.

Generate a diagnostics report and contact Sonos support: the wifi card might be faulty.
