I can't reset my Sonos One
In general, you should never have to factory reset any Sonos, unless you’re selling it, or have been instructed to do so by Sonos folk. What are you trying to achieve?
They have disappeared from my account.
That’s an entirely different issue. Have you tried wiring your Sonos One to your router temporarily, with an Ethernet cable?
Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?
It worked when connected to an ethernet cable. I was hoping to not have to call support.
So many folks come here with a minor problem that they have made so much worse by ignoring the Sonos guidance to not Factory Reset (outside of a few specific instances) without consulting Sonos support.
