Hi,I am experiencing issues with my Sonos Era 100. When I connect it via Bluetooth to my LG C3 TV, there is a noticeable delay in the audio. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? Thank you in advance for your help.
What a waste of time! Bought this specifically because it was advertised to work with Google home. You cannot pull a feature like that and hope nobody notices! It seems that the fallout has been handled terribly by Sonos. This gives me zero confidence in these products even if they restore the feature. Will return immediately and avoid like the plague. You cannot treat customers like this who have burned thousands of hours combined on this nonsense. Good riddance
Era 300's neither in paired or surround mode, when playing Suddenly volume exploding
Updated Sonos yesterday and now crossfade is broken.Has anyone else experienced this and do you know of any workarounds? Version 16.4.2Build: 81158074
I have 2 “play five “ speakers in one room. The second one just stopped connecting. It’s still lit up. I’ve unplugged it, tried to rediscover it in the room and it’s not connecting or being seen. It worked over the summer. What should I do?
Hi! i’m having this very frustrating problem after changing my isp and my home network. For 2 of my products this far, i set them up with the ethernet cable and make sure the « enable wifi » is on, but they still disappear like i have nothing when i unplug the ethernet cable. Any help with that would be much appreciated! I have three other products that will need setting up after those and I would like to stay in a good mood! 😅 Thanks!
Good morning, everyone. I could use your assistance. In brief, I added a Home Theater set-up to my existing system approximately 6 months ago (ARC, ERA 300 x 2, SUB, and Victrola Stream with SONOS capabilities). It has been successfully connected to my DECO MESH WiFi 6 system with little to no issues at all, until a couple of weeks ago. Nothing has changed with my current MESH WiFi setup or my Modem setup, with exception to the new “Updates” with the SONOS Mobile App. Initially, with the first upgrade, I was experiencing the same issues most of you have with the lag in the volume control. Annoying, yes… Usable, absolutely. However, I recently came home from a 2-week trip and noticed my Home Theater set-up was “Not Connected”. My other Play 1’s are still connected and able to stream. I have attempted almost all posted remedies to this issue, with no success. The only suggestion I have not attempted is to hardwire the ARC to my MESH router or directly to the Modem. Suggestions? A

I have all my Sonos speakers showing in Apple Music, but whenever I choose to play through a Sonos speaker it plays for 2 seconds and then the sound stops. However the Sonos App shows that music should be playing.Anyone else had this problem?
Hi,i replaced two Sonos One SL (stereo) in my Kitchen with two Sonos Era 100 (stereo) and boy do i regret it.The Era 100 has really weak bass. I have to turn Bass +10 to get moderately good sounding bass. If i turn it to 0, the speaker sounds like a very cheap bluetooth speaker from 8 years ago and bass is so low, that you actually miss certain parts of the music. Since i have them, the left speaker in my stereo pair frequently outputs no audio for a couple of seconds. This is really annoying.Sonos One SLs were way more reliable and sounded better. What i already tried:Power cycled wifi router and both speakers mutliple times Bought an access point (AVM Fritz!Repeater 3000) which i put 5cm away from the Sonos Era 100. The speaker still randomly looses audio.I’m honestly pretty frustrated, the upgrade of the speakers were suppose to sound better, but it is a massive downgrade in both sound quality and reliability. Are there any known issues reg. firmware or something?
Hi?when I press on play on the Sonos speakers it works but only for one song.thank you alain Moderator Note - Recorded and removed diagnostics number.

Hello there, do you know if I can connect a sub 4 to era 300 without an arc system ?
Hi community! Since I have a Sonos Arc soundbar and a pair of Sonos Era 300 speakers in my living room, I'm looking for a solution to easily switch from a Music configuration (era 300x 2 in stereo) to a Movie configuration (arc + era 300x2 in surround), without having to do the tedious and time-consuming manual configuration. For example, is it possible to create a room for the first configuration and a room with the second configuration? Knowing, of course, that it's the same pair of Era 300. Thanks for the help !
Done all the steps advised, connected to same Wi-fi as TV, logged into my account but cannot register the app and get Error Code 1000 followed by ‘Try Again Later’ which doesn’t help at all. Went to the forum and found a possible solution which said I should click on the “Speaker” component, select “ADD” on the popup showing Sonos Beam, HOWEVER the Speaker component is not ‘live’ and so I cannot click on it.
Hi Sonos Loves, I recently got a pair of Sonos Era 100 speakers, and they worked perfectly for about a week. However, AirPlay has stopped functioning. While Bluetooth and the Sonos app are working fine, the AirPlay issue has been quite frustrating.I have an iPhone 12 with the latest iOS, and I’ve updated all firmware and the Sonos app. I’ve also tried several community-recommended tips, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. Appreciate any tips
Hi, I have an Arc and sub and I was thinking of adding my 2 Sonos Ones as rear speakers. The issue I am having is that the power cord does not reach the wall plug. I need a 3 meter power cord and I can not seem to find any. My wall plug is just a 2 pin power point, so I can not use an extension lead. Any suggestions or know where I can buy a 3 meter power cord for the Sonos One?
I have the following problem.I had my Gen 1 system working for many years, and today (me stupid) I pressed update..And here are the problems:My play 3 and 5 (1st gen) speakers stopped to playAsking to update but of course won t update because it is not compatible SO I reset play 3 to factory settings on SONOS app, and downgraded to S1 , but not sure about the result I cannot add it to sonos S1 appPlay 5 was also reset, but I can t even see it on Sonos app, What I am doing wrong? From 6 speakers only 3 are working ( 2 pcs play one, and connect)2 pcs Play 5 and one Play 3 not working
We have 6 original Sonos play 3 speakers;2 original play 1 speakers; a Boost; 2 soundbars; 2 base speakersand a Move portable speaker. The eight are identified as 4 rooms. ON the Sonos app all of the rooms have disappeared, the only one visible is the Move.Any idea what's up?
We’ve moved house and got all products up except Sonos 5. I got this on via Ethernet to the router but as soon as I move it off Ethernet is says no connection
Hi all, brand new convert to Sonos speakers and very very happy with the sound and build quality of them. Couple of issues though, one being the Alexa volume, which i ended up disabling and sticking to our old echo dot. Second was the incredible faff getting themset up as a pair ! After much googling i discovered that my BT hub was the problem? And switching off 5ghz solved it and they are now happily paired. Question is can i switch 5ghz back in without causing issues? mark.
I recently upgraded my home theater area (24'x15') with Mohawk laminate flooring and bought the "Ultimate Immersive Set with Arc Ultra" for the sound system. I haven’t bought furniture or a rug yet, but I’m concerned about how to power the surround speakers. There are no power outlets in the floor or the nearby side walls where the speakers need to go.The quickest solution might be to run an extension cord from the front of the room and hide it under a rug. However, this would require a rug that covers the space from the furniture to the TV.Another option is to get a 250Wh battery pack, which should power the speakers for about four hours at full capacity. But this would cost more, and I’d also need to figure out where to hide the battery.Any suggestions? I will hate to return my Era’s as the setup is not passing wife’s inspection :(
Hello. I just set up my new Sub Mini, paired with 2 older Play 1s I have had for years, and I must say I am not at all impressed. I can tell NO difference whatsoever with the Sub Mini set at the neutral equalizer setting, and only know it works when I change that setting upwards of +8 or more.Any thoughts? I’m really disappointed, as I was excited to add a sub woofer to my music system. (I use my Sonos system for music only, not as TV surround sound.) Maybe the Sub Mini needs better speakers than the Play 1s to notice the effect?I’m on the verge of returning the Sub Mini, so any thoughts would be appreciated before I do so.Thanks,
Situated in my entertainment room for music only, I have 3x Era 300s. The room has tall glass sliding doors with no glass tint to minimize the afternoon sunlight. Because of this, I move all units out of the sun. This is an annoying exercise, because after every use, I do this.will Era 300s get damaged in some way due to the direct sunlight (which is probably about 30min exposure before the sun goes down)? If they can be damaged due to the above, will that affect the sound output? are Era 300s robust enough to withstand about 30min of sunlight? should I continue with this after use removal to avoid next day potential sun damage?I also have a sub gen 3 in the above setup with no sun exposure
Pair of symphonik, worked fine. One speaker power got unplugged for a week or so, plugged it back in, now only left speaker works. Diagnostics show the pair is active and both speakers are connected with strong signal. Tried to unpair, but the android app would not let me. Figured I would try the windows app. Windows app required an upgrade. Meanwhile Sonos radio is streaming out of the left speaker only during all of this. Windows app starts upgrading and lo and behold both speakers are working in proper stereo! Upgrade taking a couple of minutes and finally says COMPLETE….at which time, the right speaker dropped out again and I am back to where I started. What is going on here and how do I fix it?
