There’s no longer an option on either app to downgrade products. SOIs there a place I can download the old app (on any platform) so i can use the downgrade function?ORIs there another way to downgrade the Play:3s bypassing the app altogether? Thanks
Hey fellow Sonos fans!Got myself a 2nd gen Beam from someone on the web, was factory reset, connected it when home and started the process to add to my home system and it goes as far as adding it to a room but saying that it can't be used until it gets registered - which it continuously fails to do.Tried wifi, ethernet, no difference - actually no, there is a difference, when trying with ethernet, the chime with pin is not audible; when trying on wifi, it is but doesn't work. go figure - any help is appreciated as I'd hate to learn i got an expensive paper weight :(if this helps:Sonos OS: S2Version: 16.1.1 (build 78152020)Hardware Version: 1.35.1.6-2.1Series ID: A200Best,
I did a factory reset of the speaker and when I try to register it, it will go through all the steps but then fail due to a “problem” I have unplugged the speaker and tried again. I have restarted the app and still fails. I have reset the router and it still won’t register. With the wait time being 85 minutes for live support I thought I’d give the community a shot. My One Sl is visible in the app but will not play- I just get ‘Something went wrong’….this was after upgrading the app.beam and surrounds in another room are all fine!Any ideas?

Hi everyone!i have a era300 and i really love it. Not into spatial audio thing too much since not all the songs i kinda listen have that mix yet. Nice to be future proofed though. here’s my question; i kinda wanna male it stereo with a second pair (i know era300 stereo but you know what i mean). Anyone out there upgraded from single era300 to a stereo pair? Is it truly worth it and what the second pair allows to soundstage. Thanks ps: i went into the rabbit hole of sonos and bought a second hand five. It hasnt arrived yet but since it’s quite bulky, not sure if i wanna make a stereo pair of that atm.
I know this has been asked before but the solution is not working!My partner keeps on unplugging a Play:1 speaker used as a surround speaker. Eventually it got so out of date I ended up factory resetting it. That was my mistake. After play:1 updated, when I tried to add it back into the system I got the response “Play:1 Not registered"I repeatedly tried to register it, responded to the tones but got no further. I reset it again, connected via Ethernet but still ended up “Play:1 Not registered"Tried calling UK help but got message “wait time 180 minutes”, tried live chat but no one available.What else can I do?sonos app version S2 80.00.02
I have existing Sonos speakers in groups as well as single speakers all running fine with no drop out or any issue to speak of. I have two new Ones to add to the system. Tonight one of them connected fine, the other won't finish or finalize set up.I have tried the app on three different devices, turned off my VPN on my phone, even tho I successfully installing the first speaker with that device. I have connedted the speaker via a working ethernet cable and have restarted wifi router, and devices.I have manually added the Pin number from the base of the speaker when on occasion the audio passcode thing doesn't work.I tried the support bot chat and it just closed on me. I have not (and dont really want to) reset the app or factory reset my entire system as the bot was telling me to try.I have factory reset the speaker that wont install. So after all that, is there anything else someone could recommend? TIA Ryan
I have an Era 100 and an Audio-Technica Sound Burger (AT-SB727). I love them both separately, but not as much together…The Sound Burger connected using the Sonos line-in adaptor. Even at the lowest 75ms setting, the audio delay is really annoying! Depending on what record I’m playing, there can be some ‘needle chatter’. The combination of this and the speaker delay can ruin the listening experience at lower volumes. I’m not too fussed by this when the music is at a higher volume, but I mostly like to have music playing in the background. I’ve previously owned a more traditional turntable/amp/speaker setup in the past, and this was never really that noticeable when the sound was synchronised. I understand that the delay is there as a buffer, allowing for optimal group playback. But an option to bypass this would be perfect, even at the expense of losing the group/multi-room functionality. I have 4 speakers. Since last week I have been able to use just 2 of them as my device doesn't see the other two. I tried to reset them, but without any success. Is it possible that the problem is my device? I use the older type of iphone.
Since the update, I have no Grouping cards and the Play/Pause button does not work. My speakers are from 2018. I have to reset the app through My Preferences and Re-login. I have 12 speakers and the app asks me if I want to join the network. I select then it shows me each speaker as a separate System. If I hit select, then it selects that speaker. There is no Group card and the play selection at the bottom and Grouping allows me to select a Group Name but I can only select that one speaker even though I have 5 others that are in Living Room. I have been all through the app and I can’t find where I am going wrong. Has anyone else had this problem?
Playbar Sonos 1 is fine except it distorts and vibrates when the sound is high this never happened😅it's very annoying and I just tonight updated the bridge ,it has a slight improvement.still vibrating a sound that makes a music lover want to cry hopelessly,please help me ,guide me... please.

I have an existing Sonos Ray sound bar. Trying to hook up on a different net work.Have hard re-set, re-booted, hard wired, and wifi the speak numerous times. Down loaded the app over 2 dozen times and the app continually gets hung up on Software update. It states to go to Sonos.com to complete set up. Followed instructions to go to settings then to “Manage”. But there is no area, tab, link etc to manage the system.Has anyone run into this problem
I have two play ones a play 3 and a boost. after wifi was down for a day they all disappeared off the app. I cannot get them to work again except i have got one play 1 back on the app after reset. The one i have connected disappears and reappears at random. when i click on it it shows no network , so i cant see how its working. Nothing else seems to work.
Is anyone having a cracking noise from sonos 5? It happens even when I am not playing music or watching TV.
